| 22 golds is a superb effort. It's a pity Victoria Pendleton couldn't get gold in her last race. She seemed disappointed in her post race interviews, and she seemed like she couldn't wait to give up. |

It was all laid bare on a great BBC documentary about Pendleton (if its still on iplayer its worth watching). Anyhow she started a relationship with her coach, abig no no apparently, and kept it secret. When it was outed he was taken off the coaching team. Pendleton continued to be coached by him outisde the team. Bad feeling all round. Before he and she were brought back in from the cold. |

| Women's hockey, NZ v Holland, penalty shoot out. Some of those Dutch lasses are quite...ummm....fit.
I'm now up to 90% dirty old man. |

| Dutch girls win the penalty shoot out and are currently indulging in what appears to be lesbian activity on the pitch.

| The Daily Express ran a Team GB gold celebration edition after yesterday's haul. Unfortunately they put a picture of the Dutch Dressage team on the paper instead of the GB Team-
Express left Orange Faced |

| You've a long way to go Garry. As a professional perv I've labelled these Olympics the "camel toe games". All that tight fitting gear has been quite an, err, revelation. You have to be a keen spotter though and can't let your vigilence slip for one minute as I'm assuming that the Beeb has a "camel toe" editor as the finest shots never appear on the replays. Honestly that's not as pervy as it sounds, it's just I'm an admirer of the human form and it's just research really |

Actually, everyone goes on about this being the best Olympics ever, but as well as top performances, there have also been some very attractive young ladies from all over the globe. Perhaps more 'research' is needed. |

GB lost 2-1 by the way.

| That's where the Argyle connection ends - at least the hockey team scored two.
Been lucky enough to be in the Olympic Park this week watching the Athletics and the place is amazing. The atmosphere all around the park is contagious. A great, great sporting event. Such a contrast to see the humbling dedication of these athletes and then compare them to Cowan-Hall's Twitter feed and the assumption that any footballer is royalty.
