Why would JB worry about Derry's or the Council he is passed his sell by dates. If you look on the plans in Armada way, Derry's has been turn into a hotel. Council moving in to Derry's, no way, funny I some time receive PM's from Leigh. The market is full of rumours

Going back a year or more when JB still preferred bidder for Civic Centre and before PCC moved to Ballard House.

I get that they need a few extra to police for high profile games such as derbies and such but they simply cant do the right amount at all. The either have too few or too many
