| Not necessarily Frank. In fact just recently, an undecided PCC referred yet another controversial big city centre "student accomodation" planning application to central government for decision. They, in turn, referred it back saying it was up to the local council. There are so many variables, the most important of which is funding and viability. That often depends on council involvement, and other government department budgets and subsidies. As far as the Brickfields go, I could imagine some sort of multi use "hub" that is all the rage these days could attract funding from several different departments. |

| "Help" is obviously the crucial factor here and that is at a council's discretion.
Talking of which I wish I had remembered that Brent had factored in PCC for 16% (?) of HHP's development costs without bothering to tell them when I was chatting to X Isle earlier.
As you say: lots of variables. But when it comes down to it money talks and government is inclined to listen favourably as a default position. |

Oh FFS Angry a college of FE is a bit different to a primary school, the students of the FE grow their hair long, get drunk, do drugs and feck each other, the other ones just get fecked by the clergy. |

| Saint Joseph's Catholic Primary School
A catholic primary school was built at the same time as, and adjacent to, the church in 1860, but that closed in 1972 when the pupils moved to a new school, St Joseph's Primary, built on part of the old Raglan Barracks.
knew the old one well as I did Mount Wise and before that York Street, showing my age now. |

| It would be somewhat ironic if Albion ended up becoming the wealthiest, best supported sporting club in the city, like the Chiefs have in Exeter. |

| Richmond is rumoured they may decline promotion to the champtonship. this could lead Plymouth Albion be handed a crack at the Championship.
But it is possible that promotion may be offered to the team immediately below the leaders, if the league winners decline it.
Should that occur in this case, Plymouth Albion, in fifth place in National One, are 16 points behind Richmond, but only three behind second-placed Hartpury College.
Significantly, Albion – who are currently on a run of 12 wins from 13 games – play Hartpury at home on April 23, their penultimate match of the season. |

| Why would Richmond decline promotion? Hard to believe. |

| Missed last kick penalty means Albion hang on for 20-19 win to go third.
Still have second placed Hartbury to come to Brickfields on penultimate weekend.

| Bollocks bad news for Dawe and the team who've been tearing up trees to have a great season. Let's hope it works out for them. |

That was the case a week or two ago but things have moved on, hopefully some positive stuff to come very soon. Geddon Chancellor !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| New owners next week with no old debt and big plans.
My understanding is that Peter Vosper has written off his loan and that around 20 shareholders will have their £10k guarantees called in, then its start anew.

| I speechless, sad day, rumoured to be around £400,000 in debt which the new owners would not take on. |
