| It appears that it isn't just the mansion that's crumbling. Akkeron itself is falling into disrepair - so not a shock. |

| So one of the questions is - is Brent just a rubbish businessman, a Walter Mittyesque pathological liar or is there something more sinister in play which involves him being brilliant and ruthless? |

They're all picking on poor James Leigh Rapson? I thought he was like one of those Russian dolls or Argyle dolls - so far up Nool's backside who in turn has entered Brent's upper colon? |

| Leigh's campaign against pay and display on the Park & Ride pretty much headed NCP's take up of HHP car park off at the Lyndhurst pass |

| Civic Centre, HHP, Oldway Mansion. Well that's the hat trick. He must surely be going for the full accumulator now with Pavillions and a few others. Actually he's well on with the accumulator, I forgot the dozens of Akkeron hotels that he placed into admin or receivership.

| Does the fact that this is the only Argyle forum where this info is being openly discussed mean that Nool and the gang have succeeded in frightening everybody away who is willing to expose Brent's ongoing failures? |

| Very worrying news. I'm not joining in on the gloating here. This is reminiscent of the drip-drip of bad news that leaked out from the 'Magnificent Seven' regime before the sh*t really hit the fan. Hotels sold, other projects cancelled/delayed, further loans taken out by the club... Very worrying for Argyle.
Are the council really going to sue a company that already owes them money (via the loan to PAFC). Might this be one of those situations where a company goes into administration to dodge an increasing number of financial commitments they can't keep? |

| Different council (Torbay), PAFC are separate from Akkeron - no need to worry. |

Oneway or another its only a mater of time before the finally penny drops with the reluctant ones fans ie nool and plebb and they will start calling for him to sell up asap before admin 2 comes around. Only thig about Admin 2 is there will be no surviving it. |

| Rather intriguing to see what he said about "not actively seeking to sell the club" at the latest AFT meeting. It certainly wasn't a "the club is not for sale" statement. Or am I reading too much into it? |

| All clubs are for sale for the right price. Unfortunately for us our owner will almost certainly want to boost his pension pot, not just regain what he has put into the club and therefore the asking price will probably be above the true market value, a situation which is more likely to attract the property/land speculator type rather than football loving type. If he truly wants to get out before his empire crumbles around him he's going to have to show some flexibility on his asking price or risk losing the lot if admin no2 comes which is still a worrying possibility if you ask me. |

| Hopefully jim the nonĀ builder's reign of failure is drawing to a close, perhaps the club can start to move forward again after years of Bullshit and Buffoonery. |
