Sad really, they thought they'd won lottery - sayings like 'its not over till its over', 'dont count your chickens' & 'not done till the fat lady sings' come to mind!! Sad

Don't forget ' you took a hell of a beating! '

I know why but I really wish you lot wouldn't keep putting links to the Herald site. Apart from people writing total bollocks it must be the worst site I ever have the misfortune to visit. By the time it finishes loading all the adverts and assorted shyte, any faint interest in whatever the fekking link is leading me to, is long gone. Twisted Evil :Suicide:

Ye's the Adblock works well for me too...highly recommended.

Even so the Herald is still a load of baloney, owned and driven by brown envelopes, James Brent, Chris Webb and Tudor Evans.

The most corrupt and politically bias rag in the land.

Still not a whiff on topic over in the totally sanitised pisspot - it was once a beacon of liberty for the common fan only to be commercialised and controlled!!

Good news! If there's one place in dire need of redevelopment it's Bretonside. Currently visitors arriving at the coach station are greeted by one of the ugliest bits of the city.

Now f*** off brent. There's no reason for you to be stinking up my club anymore.

Not that surprised really.

Whoever puts the story up and defends it with might, then they will only get shot down in flames.

It's a delicious feeling when crass comments like that come back to bite the complete tool who utters them. DeLiar is a kind of Richard Nixon, Benny from Crossroads, Captain Mainwaring, Dumb and Dumber cross-breed. Very attractive man.

What were the circumstances that led to him piping up with that outburst? Was it Grandstand related?

It was Czarcs. I think it was when the AFT working group suggestions were rejected out of hand by Brent as undeliverable (snigger). The embarrassing thread will surely have been culled by now. Couldn't have anything survive that highlights what a malevolent tosser the site manager is.

It was when planning permission was first granted for HHP, can't remember who it was that was mentioned but the trust certainly were.

Fantastic news!

Wonder if they will bother with objecting to Bretonside?

Not sure if "It's not fair" is an accepted argument though.
