| Despite the Herald publishing scare stories from several semi-famous locals (Sparksy I think, Chris Robinson and THE Webb) about the Bretonside development, this statement from the article was quite telling of what people who LIVE in Plymouth think/ fink- - 'erald wrote:

| The Plymouth plan 'zones' the mid-lower part of town into mixed use/residential, retail concentrated in Northern part, Independent quarter around market, all sounds good, unlike a cinema/schools/retail park in a park which sounds so stupid nobody would even dream it up, would they? |
