Despite the Herald publishing scare stories from several semi-famous locals (Sparksy I think, Chris Robinson and THE Webb) about the Bretonside development, this statement from the article was quite telling of what people who LIVE in Plymouth think/ fink-

The Plymouth plan 'zones' the mid-lower part of town into mixed use/residential, retail concentrated in Northern part, Independent quarter around market, all sounds good, unlike a cinema/schools/retail park in a park which sounds so stupid nobody would even dream it up, would they?

on the on subject matter im impressed with the plans far more professional than the clusterfuck and will be a money spinner that the city centre needs.
