No school run for me today , but had a phone call from my doctor at 0745 this morning instead of 0830, she thought I might be on a school run. I am to see her at 0930 this morning.

Pepsi, Chocolate eat loads of fruit and veg in place of potatoes and bread, any bread (slice of toast in morning) is wholemeal.
