IS must be stopped. As for the British Muslims who are fighting over there, they should be arrested if and when they return. |

| Why the absolute feck should we get involved with the yanks at all? Who made us the world police force? We could paint huge crosses on all our tanks and call it the new crusades and create a whole new generation of people with a real axe to grind against us, then you'll see some real terrorism on our shores. Brilliant plan. |

IS must be stopped.
As for the British Muslims who are fighting over there, they should be arrested if and when they return. They should have their British passports withdrawn and sent back to wherever they have been fighting. If they fight for another country then they are not British in my book. _______________________________________ I'm one of the common people so says the wife! They should have their British passports withdrawn and sent back to wherever they have been fighting. If they fight for another country then they are not British in my book. Some have come back already, so they were saying on the news earlier. Will the Police arrest and interview them, or just keep tabs on individuals [if they have been identified that is]. |

We are the enemy of extremists anyway, thanks to the campaigns in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. These IS people will see British and American journalists as fair game. Both Countries will not pay a ransom for the release of hostages, so IS will no doubt kill them and up their propaganda, shocking the West in the process.. IS have to be stopped and they have to be stopped asap. They are a serious threat to the entire Middle-Eastern region and beyond. Both Cameron and Obama now have to seriously think what the next move is, do they send in ground troops [ i hear the SAS are already in the region], or do they sit back and watch as more horrors emerge over the coming days and weeks. Airstrikes by the USA are not enough to defeat IS, as they will go underground then emerge at a later date. The UN [for all they are worth] should pass a bill authorising international combat troops [even if it is without British and American forces] to go in to Iraq and get control of the situation. Those UN troops could stay in the Country until order and peace is restored. Then oversee any forthcoming elections that happen ..

| The war against these extremists will never end - it will be like this, and worse, until my dying days and longer.
Atrocity after atrocity. I wonder what dear old Mr Cameron and Obama will say/do? I know - what they always say 'I condemn' this, 'I Condemn' that! What a pair of gutless weasels. Don't condemn, feckin do something about this before numerous atrocities happen on these shores - which is a given.
It's the beginning of the end I'm afraid. The world will have a long, long wait before we all live in harmony - if ever, again!! |

Yeah, word is that if they do go in with America then they will want sanctions removed and concessions for said nuclear programme.. Now the USA could agree to this, but what would Israel think about a move like that. |

| Anyone ever play risk? You'd never win the game by starting to build a bridge head in the middle east, too many borders. |

Yeah, i have played risk. Sometimes i think today's World leaders are playing one big game of risk over a glass of port and cigars.. I see the UN have sounded the alarm over and regarding events in Iraq... |

| David Davis has the right idea, strip the sick bastards of their uk citizenship, let them go out there but don't allow them back in. They have betrayed the values of this country

| Cameron and co talk a lot about the Middle east and all the associated problems that go with it - but as far as doing anything, he hasn't done feck all.
Imho, there is a real risk of all of this shit spreading it's Jihadist tentacles into this country, even more than it has done previously.
I confidently predict Mr Cameron's next 5 'stock' responses to the next lot of atrocities.
1, I condemn 2, I condemn 3, I condemn 4, I condemn 5, I condemn.
WANKER. Do something Cameron. Grow a pair, and feck em all whoever you piss off doing so, you cock-gobbling thunder-cnut. |

According to Sky news this morning, IS is rapidly advancing to the Eastern Turkish border, in huge numbers. Now, That's going to open a feck-off can of worms. See how it's spreading? This could, could be, one hell of a mess in the coming months. What will Cameron do? Oh, I condemn, I condem, I condemn. Twat. |

| They should never have went in after Saddam. He was a power crazy dictator but he did not represent militant Islam and he kept the lid on things in the middle east. |

| Agree POI re. Cameroon - needs to take steps to protect this country rather than just condemn, whether its enhanced border controls or not letting the 'British' terrorists back in, just feckin do something.
If IS are advancing towards the Turkish border, I'd have thought any encroachment into Turkish territory will be met with the Turkish military ripping them a new one. But surely IS are too smart to open up another front. |

| Theresa May is talking about voting on a new raft of anti terrorism legislation, even though ours is already the toughest in all of Europe, critics are asking why they aren't just implementing the laws we have? The answer is that the gov are at a loss with what to do about a problem that isn't actually a current one and when it does happen they won't be able to do rack all about it anyway. They haven't got a clear policy on our middle east strategy other than stick that tongue right up Obamas ringer. We've hardly even exited from the last fecked up intervention and we can't wait to go again, mental innit? |
