If ISIS occupy Iraq then yes. They'll have a nuclear power next door. I think that's what Cameron is vaguely alluding to when he's stated that 'this is the UK's biggest threat'. It's conceivable, if this ISIS 'threat' spreads, that it'll reach Palestine and Israel - ISIS oppose Hezbolah in the Lebanon. Jordan and Israel are in the way.

It's a bit difficult for us to understand here as we're an island nation so we don't have disputed borders or people living on the borders and in nearby countries who regard themselves as British. I don't really understand how Sunnis and Shiites regard one another or how they view their place in the World. It's evident though that a lot of people are going to die. The west are to blame too as 'we've' created a vacuum by destroying the infrastructure of Iraq and allowed that to happen in Syria. These ISIS fighters were born into a World the West have created.

Radio 5 were interviewing some young Muslim lads up North the other day and some said they would go and fight in Syria and/or Iraq. I find that rather sad tbh.

The trouble with the Middle East is that just doesn't seem to be any Good Guys; it's Baddies v Worsies with it never being entirely clear which is which.

This conflict between the Shia and Sunni goes backs Centuries, long before the USA that we know today was created. There was a chap from Time magazine [who has written an article about this] explaining on Radio 5 early this morning.

They (political pundits) believe it could explode across the entire Middle-East and beyond..Which it now seems to be.

I see today that one jihadist has called for Cameron and May to be beheaded..

See Omar Bakri would like to come back to the place he hates,perhaps the welfare isn't quite so good in Lebanon ? He should be fighting Gee Had in his native Syria.

There was a video on the beforeitsnews website last week showing the beheading of an Iraqi chap. A horrid video for sure. It has been taken down now, but the Iraqi chap looked petrified as ISIS members close to him spouted their message before one hacked and chopped his head off.

Sadly, these sort of conflicts will never end due to decade after decade and century after century of prejudice and hatred that is handed down by generation after generation.

Someone mentioned earlier about young British Muslims wanting to go and fight in Syria and Iraq. Until this country has a seriously major crackdown on radicalisation - and I mean absolute zero tolerance, then it will continue to breed Jihadist nutcases.

Until that crackdown comes, let the fuckers go off and fight, if that's what they want - just make sure their deportation documents are stamped as they leave...
