| Been to Derriford for MRI scan, paid to park the realised the scan was in the peninsula building, drove there and paid to park again as I gave my ticket with 07 on it to the pretty lady parked next to me. Went in the peninsula building to be told its in another peninsula building half a mile away. Put my second ticket in the window had scan, came out and a parky was there with a notebook, told me I had the wrong ticket for the wrong car park. After reasoning with him he decided to do me a favour, as he put it, and let me off. I don't think he really wanted a thick ear. I'm the most mellow bloke out there but car parks bring the worst out in me for some reason. |

| How is it hospital car parks charge you up front and you don't know how long your going to be there.
You find out that they're running an hour late on appointments....you try and gauge if you have paid for long enough.....at least your in the right place as stress takes over, you start to visualize a fine....you consider nipping out to pay for more parking....then you remember that you have to key in your registration number......and it will reject you because it remembers your number from before and will not accept it again.
Of course if you nip out your name will inevitable be called...as sods law takes over and you end up going down to casualty a nervous wreck.
Not quite that bad of course but you get my meaning...we've all been there.

Cue the feckin binmen refusing to accept the black bin without a lid and me not recycling anymore. Carbon trading is where it's at Jock. Just carry on consuming what you like and to hell with it, and then just pay to rent the use of your neighbour's recycling bin. Result. |

I don't get buses where I live and to use the Tavvy bus I have to pay to park next to the bus station or walk miles from where I park the van which is difficult because I have health issues hence why I'm going to hospital. Taxing the sick (or skivers as we are now known). |

| Yesterday I peeled some ordinary potatoes and some sweet potato. The ordinary potato peel sank and the sweet potato peel floated. How do you explain that? |

| Have a good one Transport, your grand daughters' a little booty as is the oggie. I've been out on the Moors up the peat track behind the Fox and Hounds, didn't make it up to Links Tor but it was absolutely stunning day, made you feel good to be alive. |

I often work up that way. The Granite way is a favourite cycle path of mine, well, apart from the Bridestowe bit. Lost my phone at the Fox and Hounds before the Winter holiday. The landlord found it in his car park two days later and phoned a friend. gotta be a first. I like that pub. Great pasty TG, excellent. Have a fine time. |
