After the disaster of the Stapleton era the one thing that all Argyle fans must do is never stop questioning those in power at PAFC. So much damage could have been avoided had questions been asked when it was all going wrong 5 years ago. I don't just mean the fans - the Herald and the Council should hang their heads in shame as well.

So what have we got today? The most toxic atmosphere in the history of PAFC where anyone who questions anything is attacked by those who should know better. Some people have clearly learnt nothing from the mistakes of the last few years.

For the leader of Plymouth City Council to call someone a "chimp" on Twitter defies belief - what next - Brent breaking communication with the Trust when they dare question what is going on at the club when we are bottom of the entire football league?

Elected representatives now abusing the electorate. This prick is supposed to work for us. We pay his wages. Evans OUT!!!!!!!

No-one in the world thinks of 'chimp' as a terribly upsetting or hurtful insult. Everyone should expect better than this from a councillor, though. In fact not expect better, but demand better. That 'chimp' probably pays taxes towards Evans' £37k ludicrous expenses bill. It all adds to the bitter taste following last Thursday's news.

The expenses bill for all Cllrs last year was under £8k.
The £37k isn't expenses, it's essentially a salary.

Feck off. It's gone to the Guardian because they've got pretty much the only investigative football journalist in the country, and he does a lot about the lower leagues.
