Whether you may (or may not) know the comment removed by mod councillor who we have the dubious honour of calling the leader of Plymouth City Council recently made comments regarding the opposition to the "development" in as much as regarding them as.........and i quote "Chimps".
In any other City, Town, Village (no pun) in the UK he/she would have been destroyed in the press and media however in Jannersville such things seem to get unnoticed or covered up whatever the bloke is as bent as a nine bob note and maximum effort should be given to exposing him.
We may have lost a battle on Thursday, most might say we have lost the war, but we must keep fighting.
 Expose the Bastard, give him some heat!!!!

A highly inappropriate remark and he should resign with immediate effect. Of course - conveniently, it'll get brushed under Brents huge magic carpet.

Off topic, but looking at your signature pic Punch, I reckon Nikkk may have kick-started a surge in popularity for nice nylon/polyester slacks.

I not long just said in another thread I feel he's at least part-responsible for Argyle's downfall. His £3m pledge which PCC couldn't or wouldn't honour was very damaging.

His recent involvement will either doom us to lower league, see us liquidated or see the city lose its football club.

The OP is simply a case of an idiot who believes the internet isn't real life and he can say what he likes - it's actual, bona-fide libel. "Corrupt" is an accusation of illegality. If this is about a stadium planning application for a stadium you have stated you don't want to attend, what exactly is the point of your thread? Tudor doesn't do so bad as the highest claimer of expenses on PCC does he, £37,686 last year...not so bad for some is it!

This interview from September 2012 states that the plans for the ice rink etc were already agreed almost a year ago.

Actually he's a member of the Trust and I may be wrong but I think he's a season ticket holder.

With respect, as leader of the Council, both of those would be pretty much a pre-requisite if you were intent on presenting the right image to a potential Argyle supporting electorate.

As I say, I know Viv is an actual fan and season-ticket holder. Evans will never be a fan as long as his arse faces south.

Board member tells supporter to toddle off and support Manchester United for being concerned about direction of club. Leader of council calling anyone who disagrees with plans 'chimps'. Threatening behaviour from high profile supporters and henchmen. It's disgusting what this club has become and because of our geograhical position and parochial attitude they get away with it. Postey had it right our boys took a hell of a beating, as in PAFC. One day he will regret that stupid comment
