Told you that fence straddling and criticising wouldn't be tolerated.

The downside being we'll have him waxing lyrical on here more often.

Following on from your warning in November 2012 and then your one week suspension and your recent one month suspension you have continued to antagonise, harrass, libel and provoke other PASOTI users. This is disruptive and aimed to stir up trouble.
In accordance with the PASOTI agreement you are now suspended for one year, however this will be reviewed in October 2013.
Regards The Pasoti Moderators
The only person I've provoked (by calling him out) is Newell. Apparently I've libelled someone - in a deleted thread where I didn't actually name anyone. Is accusing someone of commiting a crime where they've not been convicted of it actually legal? Hmmmmmm.
Didn't take long for the new pasoti owner to start pushinh his weight around.
In the deleted thread, he implied I have stolen from work - has he had a ban?
Ah, there's that brave new world. An early banning pour encourager les autres.

I bet he was itching to ban Hairy.
Still, he can ban as many people as he likes but that won't make the 200% comments go away nor will it stop Jock from getting what he deserves.
I think it was a big slice of the Newell files Jock was threatening to reveal next?

I cant wait till Nool has to make a grovelling apology or is exposed in the press...it will be here soon folks have no fear of that! The end could well and truly be on the cards for Pasoti and Newell, and i for one will rejoice at the demise of that evil and despicable owner and website

Jock has taken on bullyboy nool and his little band of decent folk and exposed them for what they are, the character assination of pete/jock has failed and anyone with a brain can see pete was telling the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth, word of advise nool you cant ban every fecker that susses you out.

Plus ca change. Plus c'est la meme chose, mon ami.
The thing is that increasingly a banning from there is actually a gift rather than a punishment.

I'm sure Nool will be mouthing off all over twitter and Pasoti about how amazing his meeting with the Police went and how they've really helped.
Then Jock comes in with his latest lot of evidence and Booooooom

If the false accusation is made publicly in writing then you may have a case in libel. But frankly what's the damage? it's all so tinpot on the farm as it is in the club. Grown up men who have had little or no responsibility in the real world behaving like primary school classroom monitors, bloated with faux self-import. feck 'em. Wankers.

I've just left Jock and his good lady after a couple of civilised beers overlooking Bournemouth beach and lovely people they are. He's off to see Simple Minds before I'm sure dealing with even simpler minds tomorrow
He didn't know that Hairy had been banned though. Even more time for scrabble Hairy

I can second that. A lovely couple, and fantastic parents. I hope they have a brilliant time at the gig.
In other news, quarter to eight and still nothing. Hmm.

Next up for the ban hammer - Womble, ejh and Gareth Nicholson.
For the record, the "libel" was because I'd stated we had "bucket rattling thugs in the Directors box" - I didn't mention names and I'm amazed that Newell thought I was refering to him - I wouldn't ever accuse such an altruistic and genuine individual of being a "thug". I think he's just paranoid.
