My answer to Ian was nothing earth shattering...

Ian, if what you say is true and it is all lies, then the police and your legal advisor will deal with it and so it will stop. What isn't helpful is you throwing accusations about people in retaliation for what has been said by others. And so it goes round and round. Tit for tat.

Locking a contentious thread like that is an own goal. Newell/PL2 are too thick to realise tho. All it does is send the Pasoti PM system in to overdrive and rather than have to keep it half-civil, people talk and REALLY air their views.

Amateurs.

To the disinterested it now looks like another attack on mr charidee

Rob Martin's version of events have been removed and Newell's have been left, where he fails to mention who was throwing beer and abuse around.

' Get rid of Rickler, Tringy , GOB and you'll have a nice little forum.' Love nool n pool.

lol!

It has only taken 6 years but the message is now crystal clear. Don't cross the pigs or they'll set the dogs on you.

Self promoting bullies are controlling Pasoti and the club, whilst the fine gentleman gets on with property development.

You couldn't make it up.

Newell did know I'd been banned - he sent me a pm about it and told me he'd been 'severely warned' when my last suspension period came to an end. Newell then states I've had two recent bans. How would he know? I've never told him and it's not publicised on pasoti. Either you knew or you didn't.

In removing the posts betwen him and me, what they've done is then allow Newell to comment he was bullied, abused and has once again suffered from terrible allegations. Where's the proof? For one, it's not my style and I'm not stupid - I wouldn't set myself up like that. Secondly, I don't have the motivation.

All I actually did was call him out on his cliched rubbish about proper fans. It gets wearing when you hear that as he isn't a 'proper fan'.

I don't really care if I ever get to post on there again.

Shame JonB's post gave PL2 the golden opportunity he was looking for to stem any further discussion on the subject. Rolling Eyes

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe that particular educated w@nker will now get the seal of approval from nool and join the clique.

Jon is certainly no fool and must by now realise the nature of these people. Exactly what he is trying to achieve by trying to calm things down is beyond my tiny brain.
He claims he wants the pasb to be effective but shirley he must realise that the puppet master and his jamboys have no intention of that ever happening ?

It's a football site I hear him cry! Well mate if you have any, and I mean any aspirations about owning Argyle the fit and proper persons test will have you running for he hills.
How did it go with the old Bill then? I was expecting the method you would use to stem debate on "your site", would have been to say that the police are looking into serious allegations and you can't comment any further. Fecked up there big time, I mean now anybody who is following this will come to the conclusion that calling the police was just another lie! You could always ban them though. lol!

Never mind hairybloke, you always have ATD. The land of the free and the home of the bear baiters.

He's trying to set yet another example but the lid is off the box and now everyone can see what a corrupt nonsense Pasoti Farm really is. Only the sheep will nod agreement.
The likes of Nicholson, Womble, the Pedlars, ejh etc etc., now have to stop complaining/probing , or they'll be next.

The end game is in sight.

It's not about trying to calm things down for me.

It's about trying to allow due process to be done, but as ever, it's only my opinion. I don't see anything new being added to the fray now; we're just going round in circles & it will not help any subsequent investigation.

In my view & from what I've seen, I also think its wrong to ban Hairy (although of course there may be things I don't know).

Somewhat bizarrely, as two of only a very small bunch who use both forums, I do have some 'resonation' with Hairy - we've got the unique standing of having both ends of the continuum view us with suspicion and/or dislike.

(Although I'm also a closet audio/video geek, and Hairy's wrong with tv's - apart from 2012 Sony has been the stand out choice for just about ever)

Sooner or later you will have to decide on which side of the fence you are going to sit. Newell doesn't like straddlers. You are either useful to him or you're not.

Tell me Jon, is your moral compass pointing in any particular direction ?

Jon, I think you were right to post what you did. And controversially I also agree with Postey locking the thread - everything that was going to be said had already been said.

Personally I hate the idea of taking sides - I just want a forum for talking about how crap Argyle are and other general rubbish. For a little while this was achieved, until IJN came along an bought the site. Why he would want to do this god knows, but he was obviously unhappy with not being a mod anymore.

I am loathe to get into anything personal with anyone (I think postey in gets a particularly rough deal on here), but I would hate Pasoti to become the clubs mouthpiece so I will happily question its independence when necessary. And bemoaning being on the recieving end of "bullying" when posting vile abuse to Damon and the smear campaign on Gareth and other trust members really does defy beleif.

Pasoti is a useful tool for the club, it is already the clubs mouthpiece 'unofficially' & im sure in time it will be official.

The board is being cleansed.
