IJN No, I mean I 'wouldn't' as in I 'wouldn't have'.
A few times when in the company of others, it was paramount that nothing was 'seen'.
Made sense at the time.
Who else knew i wonder...... |

| IjN must have been given the all clear to name Chris Webb. Just a few pages back he was questioning the very existence of another Deep Throaters on top of those names already in the public domain. |

| So did our dishonourable President decide to stir up trouble for the Trust via Deepthroat, Windsor Boy and the others on his own, or was he encouraged to do so by someone else at the club who didn't want a successful, independent, democratically elected fans body? |

4th must be webb or pilgrim pete It isn't Pilgrim Pete. Interesting how you jumped so quickly to him though. Almost as if you had a prior grudge against him from a previous username or something. And that's not to say I know who it is by the way, I just know it isn't Pilgrim Pete. |

He did post as The Spooner on both ATD and Pasoti. And he had another user name on here "The Riddler". He never posted anything controversial or interesting, but its just another example of his lies. But when you are best mates with the biggest internet troll in Argyle world its no surprise that you get caught up in this sort of thing. "Why always me?" |

| The bigger picture is always what interests me. The Pasoti situation is as predictable as it is sickening.
Since the day Pasoti started to be used by IJN and his chums to silence dissenting voices, it has jumped on the slippery slope to where we find it today.
In his own words he claims it is a powerful medium and through his ambitions and those of his associates, it has become the political and paramilitary arm of the club. The levels of collusion and corruption have escalated to epidemic proportions. ATD is not the same beast. It only exists because Pasoti wouldn't allow dissenting voices. We are not seeking control or position, we seek fair play, honesty and transparency. The unfolding mess on Pasoti, the drip, drip of continued attempted cover ups, are pathetic to watch and clearly demonstrate there is no contrition from the chief architects of the problem, merely further attempts to make light of it all . Once the dust has settled they'll come crawling back out and the bullying and deceptions will continue. IJN is now in retreat and attempting damage limitation. There is no contrition, no apologies, no olive branches and no promises to 'never do it again'.
We are all Argyle fans but the controlling and self promoting actions of this man and his accomplices have driven a wedge between us.
ATD is democratically run and is open to everyone who stays within the law. Pasoti is only open to those who obey IJN's law.
Might I suggest that the moderators of Pasoti, whom we have been told by Ponty and Mark Pedlar are the owners, should open up Pasoti to previously, spuriously banned posters and see what happens ? I don't think I personally would use it much but it would be a sign that Pasoti is no longer a select group's fiefdom. If indeed the mods are the owners and mods come and go with regularity according to Mark, it would only be a very small step to have annual elections for the mod team. Maybe they could utilise our 'Keyholder' system, whereby the safety and control of the forum is held in trust by a couple of 'respected by all' members ? There must be few long standing and respected Pasoti members, ho have never become embroiled in the personal positioning and who could adopt this role ? If this were to happen, the online fanbase would be united on the oldest and largest forum and ATD would have served its purpose and slip back into obscurity.
The $64,000 question is, do they really want to change or do they want to control ?

| I personally accept the reasoning behind it. Chris Webb posted using Deep Throat in order to expose information he had that Guilfoyle was trying to sell Nelson for £15,000. Rather than jeapordise the Trust's contact with the club when the fanbase needed to know what was happening, he used an anonymous account to relay this information. He essentially whistle blew.
If he's made an error it was that he hasn't come out earlier and admitted why he did the above.
For clarity, he didn't attack the Trust, nor did he attack any PAFC fan using this account. He felt he had no choice but to use an anonymous account.
The real multi-account villains are IJN, Jameson and Peter Jones.

| Maybe he should start posting again anonomously. If he thougt selling Nelson was a scandal I'd like to hear what he really thinks for one so close to the action about a club that has freefalled to the botto of the football league despite having one of the biggest budgets in the division despite Brent backing the brighest young manager in the game (not) allowing him to assemble a bloated squad whilst at the same time allowing bucket rattlers and 'charity' fundraisers meet Brents obligations despite brent hiving off part of the business into his own pension fund whilst making 6 of the 250 (yea right) staff redundant and that because some attendence illiterate bean counter said the club would be supported by 7500-8000 fans week in week out. There is a bigger 'scandal' in that lot than the transfer fee in a fire sale. |

| So within two days of El Prez's twitter feed going private he's been "outed" by Newell. Outed as in its not his fault it was all for the good of the club. 1. If he was around Newell's house and Newell signed in for him why didn't Chris just say - "I'm not getting involved Ian but if you're able to help it would be great if we could send some anti Brenda posts?" 2. Newell is thicker than he sounds if he thinks this will now lie down. The next post 5 minutes later from Gareth was simply "and Windsor boy?" Confirming already known and scandalous information in bits just simply does not work. Max Clifford would have done a full page confession outlining "I was wrong but I did it for the good of the club...we were in a war situation and sometimes in war you don't play always by the rules.....let's get behind JS and the lads...etc etc" 3. As others have mentioned if what Newell posted was right then why hasn't Chris come out and simply said his apologies (see point 2) 4. This does conveniently take the heat off Peter Jones which is a far more serious scandal in my opinion. We are relying on the Hairy's, Moists, Lord Aviva's of this world to keep up the pressure on this one. You can't educate pork |

Using a multi account is a little shady but one of those four did use it for some good - the others though were either misguided (Wozzer) or out to cause trouble and abusing the leeway the Mods have given them. To be fair to Wozzer, he did admit it fairly quickly. |
