I don't see why that should be a problem Tringy, it would be entirely natural and appropriate for Andy to make an opening welcome statement where the raison d' etre of ATD is explained in broad terms as there are fundamental reasons why we exist. Get writing!

And Andy, if you need any advice and assistance in chairing the meeting, I'm sure we've a member somewhere who can help

Don't worry about that, Charlie. Like A Certain Someone I've plenty of experience of Chairing Trade Union and Labour movement meetings. Just give me a bit of leeway if at any point I refer to our guest as 'Comrade Brent.' It's not always easy to remember which meeting I'm chairing

So, do the people present at the meeting want to make an ATD statement, not a question, to Mr Brent, or shall I or someone else write something ? I don't want to tax my little brain unnecessarily.

The President constantly sticking up for his bessie mate is getting a bit nauseous now. Originally The Newell Files were fake! Now it's "Because you saw one e-mail"? No Chris we saw lots of e-mails actually. He should ask Mr President what he knows about Deep Throat and Windsor Boy?

Right guys, I've compiled all the questions on here, as well as the ones I've been PM'd. They will be asked exactly as they were written by the questioner. The report back that will (eventually) be published will confirm this; there are a lot of very good, interesting and thoughtful questions on the list. And one or two 'lighter' ones which should demonstrate that we have a sense of humour, too.

It's not too late to either get a question in, or get your name on the list to attend tonight, but be quick!!!

Edited to add: There seems to be some confusion. the list of questions are from exiles/non-attendees. Anyone going tonight can ask their questions in person. My fault, should have worded this post a bit better!!
