Anybody can travel and stay in Spain for 3 months or like an anecdotal mate of mine who has lived and worked in Madrid for about twenty five years you can apply for residency and actually live there like a Spanish person. No it’s still going strong it’s just changed to countries like france helping those people and organisations who have no faith in the UK and want it to fail.

Of course what they choose to forget is we were in the eu for nearly 50 years and it wasn’t all good but they accuse the government of failing us and expect everything to be rosey after less than a year on our own.
