ffs Even that claim is hopelessly wrong. Unless Bristol is all of a sudden no longer in the South West. |

| It's a pity stage 2 is never going to get built. The ground would look actually half decent with a just about respectable capacity. Stage one, while better that what was there before (obviously not saying much), will still look crap with it's outdated 'leitch style' configuration, too short top tier, tiny roof, pillars and massive weed jungle in one corner. |

| lol 4-6 week fit it Just add the one and half months as any normal development would.
Revising completion end February 2020 from my January 15th previous suggestion. One of the lads went up Thursday just 3 blokes lolling around over the entire site.
February 2020 would make it 2 years since the start. 6 months to complete 3 sides of a ground. 2 years under Brents watch to complete 1 side
All perfectly normal eh Bungo |

| “But I can say with confidence that once the redevelopment is complete, the overall capacity of the stadium will be just in excess of 18,000.” It's going to be interesting in the "club shop" on a capacity match day. |

| Years of the Brentmare lowering expectations means its now fine to have an eighteen thousand capacity. Six years in the basement was seen by the twats as year on year improvement! its too easy for the Community money bheys. |

| Plymouth Argyle’s new home dressing room will be double the size of the minimum EFL regulations.
The facilities for visiting teams to Home Park will be smaller but still comfortably exceed the requirements.
The new dressing rooms are being built in the corner of stadium between what will be the redeveloped Mayflower Grandstand and the Barn Park End.
They will also include a treatment room for injured players and separate changing facilities for male and female match officials.
on Back, Argyle’s head of stadium redevelopment, told Plymouth Live: “The FA and the EFL have got mandatory standards that need to be achieved, and they are explicit.
“They cover both the size and the facilities that are required in it, even to the detail of how many toilets and how many hand basins.
“The EFL regulations are that a professional football changing facility needs to be a minimum of 30 square metres.
“That obviously includes the players’ benches and the other facilities, such as the shower room.
Our benching area alone exceeds that and if you add up all the space in the home dressing room we are at double what that national standard is.
“The away dressing room is slightly smaller but it is still markedly in excess of that minimum standard.”
The Argyle squad have used temporary facilities outside the corner of the Devonport End and Lyndhurst Stand while the work on the new dressing rooms has been carried out.
Back said: “We could take occupation of them before the season finishes if we wanted.
“I work closely with Derek Adams and we have decided to carry on using the temporary facilities until the end of this season.
“That will give us the end of this season and the close season to make sure the new facilities are perfect for when the players come back for pre-season.” |

| I see our hapless Project manager Bungo Back has even managed to bore the Pasoti masses into submission with his latest sanctimonious Blog link. Over 1000 clicks yet the only person who bothered to reply was serial mankover lover, Heathrow Green.

I find it rather insulting that Back doesnt openly post here. Perhaps if he bothered people would drop the moniker |

| I'm struggling to visualise what an "angled translucent slide" is. And why would the first few rows of the upper tier need "waterproofing". Doesn't make much sense to me.
At the end of the day the roof is far too small and not fit for purpose. And that's the roof we're going to be stuck with for many many decades to come - if Argo don't relocate to another site or a proper owner doesn't take over to finish the job properly. Forget stage 2 under hallett and 30% as that is just fantasy. |

| Interesting reading those clowns on Pasoti talking about redevelopment ground size and ambition. Nobody but nobody can have a view on things without the immediate clatter of "when you buying the club" and "put your own money in"
Clueless dribbling thick as shit Avivas to the end |

I know he loves to talk in riddles, but this has totally lost me? It means that rather than fix the leaks in the roof they will waterproof the seats. |
