They're all trying to buy the Ivor Dewdney shops to launder their money. Will be rebranded as Ivan Dewdski.

Plymouth is a big draw for the Russians as they admire Charles Church almost as much as Salisbury Cathedral

You only need one key that fits.
They both have an unhealthy interest in other peoples' private information and wall to wall advertising. The hours would fly by.

The tungsten mine it is.

Billionaire Russian oligarch bids to buy Plymouth tungsten mine

A billionaire Russian oligarch wants to pump £25million into reopening Plymouth’s closed down tungsten mine.

Pala Investments – owned by one of the world’s richest men: Vladimir Iorich – is understood to be willing to inject the cash into the Drakelands tungsten mine, at Hemerdon, after its owner Wolf Minerals went into liquidation.

Mr Iorich, ranked by Forbes as the 1,210th most minted person on earth in 2014, now lives in Germany and his investment fund is based in Switzerland.

It is understood Pala has deposited about £14 million into safekeeping ready to use at the mothballed mine

1. Is he a football fan? Can he pay for a new stand - and corners?

2. I wonder if he'd fancy investing a few mill in Sparkwell Golf Club, just up the road from the mine.

The possibilities are endless.

More money than Hallett sounds like, enough to build a proper stand.
