| Well, Hallett's attempt to pull the wool over Felwick's eyes certainly didn't work. I wonder if the thankless workload has dropped on Dunford's desk. I hope so, not that he would lose a wink of sleep over it. Apparently, brent's pavillions sell off to developers is going through legal finalities. Wonder if that is related to paying bills. Wouldn't surprise me. Pay your agreed share Jim. |

| Call Wrings back to flatten the bloody thing Hallett. There is NO WWII ordinance there as Brent claimed. Just flatten it now before the club haemorrhages what little cash it does have. |

At least now we have a leader who wants what’s best for the club and it’s fans and not Brent. It should be a minimum requirement for the role really.
Shame bob was so shit and only wanted the best for pasoti and brent. Was one last act of defiance for Foale to slip the Aviva's a little brown envelope of 20's before driving back to Exmouth to start penning his letter of resignation to the AFT. Mans a complete wrong one. |

| As a new dawn starts in this new year of 2019 it is full stream ahead with this Refurbishment. No stopping now forward into battle, men on site, machine at the ready, just waiting for PCC planning to drop the starting flag. |

All kicking off TGWU on cam 2, a mini digger is doing some kind of trench with a couple of bods in hiv viz milling around, the more I look at it the more I like the idea of a three sided ground. The dumper truck is still in the same position as during the game yesterday. |

You'll get your wish for a three sided ground in about 15 years time when the crapshack is life expired and structurally fecked. With 15 years left on the mortgage to SI, there won't be a spare penny for a replacement. |

It will be the small fry subbies who lose the most out of this clusterfuck project. |

| GL events are laughed at within the construction industry as "half arsed amateurs"
In the interim Brent pay your suppliers your sparks your mechanicals your architects and all the rest you're currently shafting with your standard MO
You have brought this club into total disrepute |

| I’m not sure where this has come from but if people haven’t been paid then it won’t be for lack of funds to pay them - there’s £6.5m been lent by Hallett, and only enabling plus very first construction stages have been completed.
So, if things have ground to a halt it’ll almost certainly be down to ‘contractual disagreements’ - which could amount to Argyle refusing to pay for work undertaken, for whatever reason.
It won’t be that Argyle don’t have the means to pay. |

| The property developer guys buying the pavilions off brent, who are going through final legal stages, have also promised the council they'll be finished in time for the celebrations. LOL As for Czarky's comments, I don't think Hallett has lent PAFC £6 million, only £4 million odd. The other monies he's produced are basically going to brent and have been classed or represented in the books as equity ad/or capital assets. Equities aren't loans. It would appear that's all part of him buying into the club much later than brent. That cashflow is then either available for building and maintenance/overheads, or playing budgets LOL, or goes into the bank of St Jimmy. Some of us have stated right from the start that this demolished stage with everything in uproar, crap everywhere, would be exactly the time he would stall, plead poverty and try and bounce the council for anything he can get, Oldway style. Maybe he needs the pavillion dosh to pay off the wrecking crew and is trying to chivvy along PCC in that deal too. That's his MO. |

| My feeling is that the Hallett loan will only cover cost of GL events mankover after the enabling work has been completed with the funds for enablement coming from the clubs operating budget. Hence the obviously low playing budget compared to our resources. |
