Put it simply, When Stuart Duncan posted about their possibly being a shortfall on the wages and that we could be facing another administration, RB called it out as bullshit and we had all the usual rhetoric from JL ect about SH being far more wealthier than anyone thinks blah blah. Now RB has has posted in this group that SH isn't as wealthy and is unable to bail out the Aviva's clubhouse project.

Rewind a month or so and RB calls Stuart Duncan a liar for saying SH isn't that wealthy and the club are very close to the wire with wages ect. RB gives it an 'Ohh yes he is wealthy' and JL alludes this to me in the pub too.
Fast forward to today and and what their all discussing in their group corroborates what SD said about the finances and what RB called lies a month or so back.

The numbers that the GT's put forward about projected costs and profit were completely inaccurate and this has now been underpinned. Without going into nitty gritty details but a certain someone again alluded that part of the labour costs would be in return for shares in the scheme, this should have rang alarm bells too.

Building a bar will be profitable yes, but not in the timescale and at a level that the GT's proposed.

Most of the sites in construction will be back up and running again on the 2nd January. Little dickie bird rumours about architects and mechanical/ electrical contractors not been paid to date.
