Assume they can do that under the planning permission whereas they aren't allowed to touch the grandstand |

Assume they can do that under the planning permission whereas they aren't allowed to touch the grandstand Whilst work on the changing rooms and the GT's bar continues a pace, the grandstand remains virtually untouched in comparison. I don't know, but I assume there's still an ongoing problem with drainage and/ or contractual or architectural issues yet to be resolved, hence holding back progress on the grandstand! Where's GC when you need him? |

Where's GC when you need him? Probably a direct result of Brent refusing to cough up for something |

Well they applied for a raft of changes to the PCC Planning Department couple weeks ago that ran to 85 pages so certainly architectural changes were asked for including the roof and rake of Mayflower seating. Suspect we are absolutely no further forward as regards the Grandstand. Everything appears to be groundwork at the moment |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Those trucks in the pictures are small lorries which are used for narrow access sites. Wait till they try to bring in some long trucks or oversized width cranes. They might just get them in but its going to be very very tight especially when you bring in articulated lorries. It does appear that they have built things in the wrong order. This normally happens when you have a inexperienced project manager which we definitely have. |

| I am indebted to Greens on Screen for pointing out my previous error via their photos that the first works of the Argyle related Redevelopment was in fact in February of 2018 and not the April of 2018 Into our glorious 13th month and it appears we've now built half of a wall....ish Top work Brent nobody could have expected work to progress at this alarming speed |

| Interesting to see on the PCC planning portal that the change to cladding and depth of tarmac would not be acceptable if it wasn't on private land. Will the advice of the planning department be implemented, or will they stick with the existing inadequate plans. |

Isn't this tarmac just temporary....for roofing equipment to trundle up and down....so should be adequate for that purpose. |

| On the 9th February 2002 the horseshoe was fully opened and operational for the visit of Mansfield (att. 14716). Fast forward 17 years a similar time scale has seen, well not much really.
Still as we squeeze 12000 (?) into Home Park on Saturday maybe the club can just dream of all that lost revenue.
