So they still not received the full planning permission because it is coming to the time they needs to start the commencing the building part of the development. (He still has not got three webcams up and working) |

| If I didn't know any better i would say this lack of progress implies the money has dried up.
Or worse, someone's not been paid. |

| I shouldn’t worry too much, Argyle have a stall at the Plymouth Christmas market. I think they are going to sell some players. |

Or worse, someone's not been paid. That had crossed my mind too. I reckon it comes down though to Argyle quite literally trying to screw every last ounce of contract inclusions out of the shopfitters. This has clearly led to disagreements on what is and isn't included in the price. Hence no work for months and the official line put down to 'snagging issues'. You get a pretty clear idea on the level of spec this whole mankover is being built to, when you look at the pathetic patching up of the surfaces directly in front of what is supposed to be an iconic facade. Embarrassing. Yet so predictably Village. |

| Half finished Oxford esq stadium for foreseeable future then as the contractors down tools and move off-site to developments that don't screw them over. |

Probably be the Cornish site owner selling off some tat that was found in the back of one his followers garage or loft or offloading a box of Argo replica tat tin badges. Any bobble hats going cheap I wonder? |

Embarrassing. Yet so predictably Village. Sadly patched up Tarmac is the national standard these days. Barring the new Derriford Ocean Gateway or whatever the feck it's called all the roads from Tavvy to Plymouth are in a similar state. I guess another interpretation might be a sympatheitic restoration whilst retaining the history of the existing surfaces. Maybe the Trust should try and get t listed? |

| Don't worry, when this thread starts getting near the truth of the matter, re the mankover, right on cue, Bungo Back will issue a mankover statement telling us everything is fine, we're on time and on budget. |

| You'd think, seeing as the Mankflower refurb is in full flow (so some would have us believe) the place would be swarming with workers. Not a fooking sausage? Just what is going on? or not as it seems? I've never witnessed a construction site so bereft of workers! 2420 celebrations are looking good! | Perhaps the price of steel has gone up?
Or (more likely) someone is either not paying, can't pay or trying to renegotiate the costs down. |

No way the modular semi permanent roofing structure (tarpaulin) is being installed to coincide with the Mayflower celebrations in Dartmouth. |

| I kinda miss the big green silhouette on the hill as the train pulls in, a few girders poking up doesn't have the same effect. Geddon Jimbo. |
