I reckon Mikkle would make a great CCTV camera. You sort of know he's up there on a lamp post, but it changes behaviour not one jot. It's all a bit voyeur if you ask me. What does he do with all that eyeballing. Nothing, I reckon. Just a statement of a bored golfer.... apologies to PP and skinny. zzzzzzzzzz Of course, there is another one, who goes under the name of a good friend of a long term moderator on here. He doesn't say much either. The games people play bzzzzzzzzzz.

Just drove around HHP carpark, waved to the GT standing outside of their tent but also saw a big pile of concrete blocks inside HP.

Why would anyone want a new stadium when you can have an half arsed Mankover with a roof that wont cover half the seats that may get finished of sorts one day hopefully!........ Akkeron keeping it real keeping it Village.

Geddon Jimmy, give us a Mankover fit for the believers, they will love a bit of third rate crap. Just had an enjoyable evening in the Roundabout watching the Portuguese, Spain game, terrific stuff

And, their club owned by a Fans' Trust. Obviously there must be some mistake, fake news or something..

The mods should have a decent clear out of posters that don't post, ever. It would be easy enough to email the suspects and tell them post or you'll be deleted.

Popped up yesterday. Just one difference from 8th June in that the one remaining outhouse had been removed. Absolutely nothing else appears to been deconstructed and certainly nothing built. All coming along nicely ehh Jon Back all systems go perhaps.
6 months from planning granted and even ATD members doubted the clock would hit 3 figures but moving nicely onwards towards 200 days. All 10 planning conditions still undischarged on Planning Portal
No announcement of the main contractor signing as promised by the Brent by mid June
Players returning for training soon

You can't rush these things, the sixty year old stand will no doubt look fantastic after it's expensive makeover.

Someone said earlier in the thread that they could see the season kicking off and the Lyndhurst looking at an empty shell with nothing happening. I doubted that at the time but can actually see this being likely the case now.
Estimates were up to 12 weeks for discharge of all 10 planning conditions which the Brent finally got around to on the 22nd May and even then only 8 of the 10 were being dealt with.
Typical Brent operation dither waffle chortle and laugh at the deluded fans

I had a look on Friday. The Mayflower stand/grandstand itself remains completely untouched during these 'enabling works'. The only 'enabling work' inside the ground is the disabled enclosure is now completely gone. I think it will stay like this now for the foreseeable future.

I did see as I mention last week, a lot of concrete blocks and I think they will be used on the new shop-ticket office

One big piece of enabling is to remove hundreds of tons of concrete from the terraces to give a steeper angle to them, ai thought hey would do that first?

They dont have planning permission signed off to do that yet. Only further work they can do under enabling is removal of all the seats

This reminds me of the delays when they they built the Chunnel. There was a brilliant sketch on Not The Nine O'clock news when the Beeb send reporters down to see the progress only to find Smith and Jones wearing donkey jackets, dunnies and bobble hats leaning on their shovels. Reporter asks, have you started yet? To which Smith replies, 'waiting for the skip innit.'

Live report from HHP, first block laid but it for the New Shop. also they have some reinforce concrete mesh. One bricky and his mate. Did not see any CCTV cameras around that area, must have been taken down. The pitch grass was having a cut.

Wow Brent has absolutely no friends at the Council.....I emailed the chief planning officer this morning because its clear the Club were doing work for which they have no planning permission literally ten minutes ago and within 2 minutes this came back. BOOM.....
Further words totally superfluous.....9.02 of 19th June
"Dear Mr xxxxxxxx,
Thank you for your email.
I am meeting with the club tomorrow to discuss numerous matters, including works prior to conditions being discharged. It has not gone unnoticed by the Council and we are working with the club to ensure that everything is undertaken as required.
Kind Regards,
xxxxx xxxx

Is surface water runoff/drainage plan a condition that hasn't been met?
