No idea but as far as I know absolutely no building work can be done "onsite" until all 10 planning conditions are discharged. I know they site visited on the 5th June That doesnt stop any builds off site to be winched in at a later date Its clear from the response that PCC have received other reports of work being done outside of planning. PCC have the power to pull the entire planning application off the menu unless Brent conforms |

| Drainage is almost certainly the big requirement, as a redeveloped HHP will make an existing bad situation a lot worse. It's a well known problem. There's granted money sitting around for lots of Central Park drainage work, and it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if Brent isn't trying to nab a big wedge of that, or get on with what he wants to get on with, and then plead poverty when it comes to the drainage. He knows there is a lot of other drainage work planned. It's stinking already, and he hasn't even officially started building anything yet.
Who remembers the last big build in Central Park, when the private developers just high tailed it out of there, leaving the biggest spoil tip in history next to the bowling green, with the council picking up the tab yet again. |

| In addition WHY are the seats still in situ in the Grandstand and Mayflower. They DO have permission to remove them so what can possibly be the hold up ?? Selling them or otherwise they still have to come out in entirety |

| With Brent having no friends at the council at all now, wonder what the odds are of them pulling the plug on all planning permission,
love to see the super freaks defend that. |

love to see the super freaks defend that. On my email this bit was emphasised and underlined by dots. It copied across as all plain text "including works prior to conditions being discharged" Oh to be fly on Jon Backs office tomorrow. Wonder if his Lordship has been summonsed as well |

love to see the super freaks defend that. I don't think PCC can do that. What it can do is strictly impose the conditions but the planning permission itself lasts for 3 years, I think, before it can be revoked. |

| As time goes on, it's clear what a bonkers idea the hybrid application was (well, from the PAFC point of view). Money in place, apparently contractors ready, yet nothing can start until PCC conditions are met. Yet how many of these would have been needed for a simple grandstand refurb. |

Its even more infuriating because apart from a remote chance of an ice shed absolutely none of the rest of his carbuncles will see the light of day |

BRENT OUT The only enabling work taking place has been to clear any Argyle presence from Jimmys laaand. That means he can concentrate on his shed and make a kinng from the sale of the Pavillions. |

| I wonder who's paying for the clearance of the privately owned HHP site, the club's Liverpool money or the Brent family money. |

| Live from around HP, seats back in Barn Park end, there was a leak going down into the play area below. Three men are putting together a heavy metal frame for the control room where the old disable stand use to sit. Small concrete pillars are built against the old wall and concrete footing. SWH for PCC are going to resurface Blunts Lane and into the entrance where the ice rink will be. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And this is the way Argyle prune trees. I wonder in the Friends Of Central Park will report it or are they still in Brents pocket[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
