i don't know about you but I make it mid June. Has the contract been signed off with the main contractor? Certainly is Hugh no question. Absolutely no announcement as such but GL events obviously mentioned on many occasions..... As such on this occasion I dont think there will be a major announcement because to do so will open the club to multiple links which I've kept from the Club from Hallett and Jon Back, who have clearly indicated they're already on board and to suddenly plaster the Herald with major contract just signed will leave them looking like the fools they are
Could be wrong but expect it will be done in the background I think you're right. The way the club has presented it as though they are already on board would make a subsequent announcement look awkward. Mind you the planning obsligations seem to remain undischarged and not much seems to be going on up there. I wonder if people will start to raise questions. |

Absolutely bugger all is happening up there because they are stopped dead in their tracks with the still undischarged planning conditions PCC did a site visit on 5th June. From what I saw last friday Brent appears to be complying for now albeit hes being watched like a hawk. He appears to have zero friends at Plymouth city council these days Why the seats are still in the Stands though is a mystery as they had permission to remove them all under enablement |

| His obsessive screcy lol. What happened to Thobber heralding in the new age of Morality, Transparency and Ethics from the great man eh? Or did we just dream it? Whats really funny is that even Throbber hasn't got a clue what's going on as he wasn't invited to join the other seven fans for the transparent plans. |

| Chants of "it's all gone quiet over there" whilst pointing at the stalled Refurb would be hilarious. |

| Middle of June now Jimbo the date you proclaimed loud and clear would see the main contract signed off. To date we have seen a couple of shithouses knocked down plus the Far Post and Nikks boxes relocated, whereabouts unknown Ohh hang on GOS believe taking down internal signs is part of the major construction as well

| So, that'll be the Liverpool money going on preparing and clearing Brent's HHP ? It's been stated the £4 million loan, soon to become a mortgage, has not been touched yet, so that's the clearest indicator that the "grandstand refurb" hasn't started yet at all. |

Money that belongs to the club getting spent making way for developments that will be of no financial benefit to PAFC whatsoever? This get's worse and worse with each passing day. Wake me up when this nightmare is over. |
