Be interesting to see what sort of lease they are proposing. Personally I dont believe the touted 5 years is remotely accuarate but in Brents world who knows. Suspect it will be a 50 year lease.

BBC1 is I believe. Although I'm led to believe the only people that are allowed in are potential investors.

Harve, why would Brent want to give a private company he doesn't control a 50 years lease on his/the club's land that he himself might want to take advantage of a nice uplift one day ? I don't follow your logic ?
My little brain says this is the minimum length he can offer to the avivas that would allow "investors" to invest, and of course 5 years is a very important figure in balance sheet preparation.

64 days after planning passed and 1 year after Halletts charge was placed against Home Park we have to date cancelled the supporters bar that was promised as part of a refurb ohhh and moved a few employees to Plumer house. Spectacular progress indeed....

Yet again results on the pitch detracting away from what that little rotund shyster gets up to on a daily basis. The supporters bar or lack of now should have people questioning why but going virtually unnoticed. Now had the complicit GT's not stepped in I wonder what the conversation would be like this weekend.

I’m not 100% sure on this but I’d heard it was Keirs, who were appointed to the original development, not positive about that though !
