We might as well replace the 1 at the start of the clock to a 3 nothing will have started with actual bricks laid even by then. No money as Brent and Hallett have moved part of the money from the refurb to their ice rink project. I've had that from 4 different people plus what has been said here on ATD and one of those 4 was boardroom level.  As regards the GT's those geezers have got their heads in their hands as well. That was  straight from GT's themselves.
Pure comedy platinum but no one on ATD will be surprised

Well it was described by someone well known to all on here and I'll be polite with his words which were "a complete mess" and "doing it on a wing and a prayer"

Something has to go up sooner or later am sure but this is Brent all over. How could he possibly say the cost was a net £4.1 million when a year later (and some) he hasnt even got a contractor.
I've seen numbers of £8 million touted around including the extra £1 million supposedly for the roof

They have recently built grandstands at Worcester Warriors and Watford as well as the current Grandstand construction at Exeter City. Their track record is highlighted on their website.

The proposed Club shop and ticket office are to be off-site construction. That does not mean they are temporary buildings. Off-site construction is a familiar construction solution, particularly if timescales are tight.

The club statement makes no mention of the commencement of construction for the new changing rooms nor the commencement of the supporters bar to be built by the GTs. Nor does it mention the commencement of the main grandstand redevelopment which is clearly now a separate contract.
