| Most posters on ATD backed Adams when we were shit at the start of the season, Pep Pedlar, Olliearshole, Delarf, etc from the Akkeron Forum, wanted him sacked. ATD. The forum for Argyle fans, not Fvckwits. |

| Got it in one Suffers, the feckless feckwits were falling over themselves to shout Adams out on the Cornish led pro Akkeron Janner Nation site. |

| Where do you reckon Adams will go in the summer? Any of the top 8 in league 1 is my bet. |

Any of the top 8 in league 1 is my bet. Wont have gone unnoticed by club chairmen elsewhere the excellent job hes doing with a league 2 budget let alone 1 |

| It won't be long before someone comes knocking for him. He's performing miracles on the budget he has. |

| Will not be here long
Quote from Brent rag
We have just got to be careful that we don’t get carried away, and we don’t get carried away because other people do that for us.
“Listen, if we finish in the top six I will not be Plymouth Argyle manager will I? It’s one of them ones.
“And the players that we have here will move on as well because it will be a tremendous achievement.
“We will try to get as far up the league as we possibly can and continue to work hard |

| The transfer window probably told Adams he stood no chance at Brents Argo, he deserves a decent job he's been fantastic against all odds. |

| Other owners who are willing to invest in their clubs will look at what Derek has achieved at the Brent/Hallet half arsed Akkeron Argo, austerity amateur hour set up and think this guy can do a job for us.

| Adams will be gone to a proper club with a proper owner with players on proper contracts. There's ultimately only one way Akkeron Argo are heading under brent and that's down. It's time the shyster was driven out of the club. |

| Only a thought but if we were to get promoted then Argyle becomes a very very attractive club to potential investors/buyers? Sell and go? |

| ADAMS’ COMMENTS Should Argyle fans be worried that Derek Adams could be looking to leave Home Park? He has worked wonders on what is believed to be a small budget in League One and there seems little doubt that, from a financial perspective, he has Argyle punching well above their weight this season. In his post-match press conference on Saturday, Adams was quoted as saying: “Listen, if we finish top six, I will not be Plymouth Argyle manager, will I? It’s one of them ones…” Read More Plymouth Argyle boss Derek Adams on the 'horrible day to day existence' of a football manager They are words to certainly cause alarm, but there is no doubting that Adams is an ambitious man. And if he isn’t given the resources he feel he needs to take the Pilgrims further, then perhaps he feels he has taken the club as far as he can and look for a new challenge.
Or maybe out - in the Daily Brent rag today. |

| Though not writing off that prospect, Derek jokingly outlined the magnitude of reaching sixth spot – which is now only five points away – after being in bottom place in the first week of December. He said: “If we finish in the top six, I’ll not be Plymouth Argyle manager – the players we have here will move on, as well, because it will a tremendous achievement. | Derek is saying all the right things today, the reluctant one will be pleased.
But Adams said: “You can’t live beyond your means. You can only afford what you can afford. “I think that everybody has their value. If it’s their transfer fee or it’s in wages. “You need a budget to go around for the whole squad and you can’t overpay players money.” |

| I think Derek is probably saying what Brent wants to hear, still think if he he gets a decent offer from elsewhere he will feck off before you can say Akkeron Argo. Or of course he could be a complete arse licker and yes man - who knows? Either way the bloke is doing a good job despite Brent and not because of Brent. |
