I blame the jet stream and the El Nino. Word is that we could have a harsh winter due to the El Nino ?. There is much debate regarding this though. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

| The road sweeper van with the swishy brushes on the front has just driven down my road. It can't sweep up any rubbish or debris on the kerbside because there are too many cars parked there. He drove back and out of my road. He had his yellow light flashing and everything as if to intimate that it was his intention to do some roadside/kerbside sweeping.
Ah well. Maybe next week. |

| When they sweep my cul-de-sac....the road sweeper just does a 180 degree turn throwing rubbish into the areas it cannot reach....which in my case is my drive and front garden....thank you for nothing Council.....can I get a rates rebate....no I didn't think so. |
