Very stiff and sore this morning, that was not a relaxing workout. If I don't have the body of a goddess in a week I'll chuck the towel in although my trainer is very fit.

By passed the Turbo waste-gate actuator on my Land rover today - now pulling like a train.

Roger Young Land rover price - £185+VAT
Me - £3.69 for a piece of pipe and two spring clips!!

When I started in 1966....petrol cost four shillings and ten old pence for a GALLON.....not a litre.

My first car was an Austin A35 (4 doors)....secondhand....cost £200.
