Not only Ollie but Daz too removed his post immediately before Olli e's. Strange goings on, why would they both choose to do that?

What don't they understand about the basic role of a forum? It's a talking shop, period, the views expressed are only that of an individual with an opinion, they should re name the mods as censors because that is all they are. We were told that never again would we take our eyes off the board at the club yet the very same people that made these vows are working very hard to stop any criticism of the next owner who rolls up at HP, why is that?

Spot on Iggy. Unfortunately "the war" saw the attention seeking generals given higher profile roles within the club . The upshot is that they now have positions to protect and this coupled with the Trust's less assertive approach means that no one is holding the board to account.

The upcoming issue is what happens if and when Brent's Emporers Clothes are seen by the public? You then have Jones, Newell and Webb who are no longer within the inner circle. I won't mention the other mods as they are irrelevant.

Currently Newell is not fulfilling his part of the bargain as he has increased membership to this site and made Pasoti a laughing stock. Jones is 2014's fucktard of the year. You expect it from Newell as he's naturally thick but Jones purported to be a sophisticated marketing man with his "up the line" chums. The recent statements from the board have been a disgrace in marketing and PR. Jones has managed to back the wrong horse and in addition to try and save his seat at the top table has abused loyal Argyle supporters. The man should resign immediately and feck off......and Mr Newell I know a great deal of people who would say that to his face. Get Pedlar to PM me when and where and I'll be there. JUDAS JONES.

Which brings us onto Webb (est. 2010) as no one has any recollection of him being at any game pre this date. He led the wor (intentional sic) as a left wing Argyle supporting Trade Union leader. Since then he's stitched up the Trust, left Plymouth, shacked up with the ex Argyle Captain's wife and is now promoting a Tory with a recommendation from Guilfoyle and Ridsdale on his personal website. Where do you start with that? The left tend to measure their stock in loyalty and the willingness to fight for other often at the detriment of their own gain. Well in Webb we have a President who is about as socialist as Donald Trump. They are both egotists who will do whatever it takes to further their own interests.

The Trust need to find friends who can be critical......fast. Other than Graham Clark I don't know who Green Genie or Stuart C are but they would be high on my list.

 It is time for previously high profile Argyle fans, most of whom have either been marginalised by nool and the gang, or have turned away, to step forward and work with the Trust to hold the owner and to account and if rebuffed, to go on the offensive by reaching out to the wider fanbase.

Whatever else might be going on we know that there is a massive bromance going on between Webb and Brent. There has to be or else there's any number of good reasons (see above) why Webb should be out on his ear.

This is worthy of further consideration.

Is it pure chance that Webb's regular deployment of his laughable Herald column to lobby against the Bretonside Project, his proselytism for the defunct HHP plan and his involvement in campaigning for a local Tory in the looming elections has coincided with PCC pulling the plug on the grandstand and the complete and irrevocable breakdown of the Brent/PCC working relationship?

Not only have Webb's scabby, self-serving antics so far cost the club its captain, wrecked a marriage, made himself a laughing stock amongst others on the board for reneging on his threat to resign when Wrathall returned, undermined the AFT at every turn and generally been a huge embarassment to the club and its fans ever since he's been president but now he has destroyed any hope there might have been that PCC will build Brent a grandstand.

It seems daft to suggest it but this pair of clowns, far from having saved the club, are doing more and more through a mixture of greed and duplicity as time goes on to jeopardise its future.

We lost the club captain because imminently we could not afford his wages, LOL!

Spot on, Frankie. At the beginning of the ATD Q&A meeting, Brent made it clear that he wasn't going to hear a word against Webb (or Newell) because he considered them friends. Clearly that friendship involved giving Webb carte blanche to do whatever he liked. As well as all the points already made, that's also included foisting his ill-considered 'ultras' on an area full of longstanding season ticket holders with no regard for (or attempt to find out) their wishes (Brent himself said he wouldn't want to sit in there), engineering the sacking of an unpaid volunteer who spoke out about it, and losing goodness knows how many paying customers in the process.
