| Here's a superb speech for the fans to hear..
Never in the field of Argyle conflict was so much owed by so many to so few. All hearts go out to the the current Argyle team, whose brilliant actions we see with our own eyes. We shall go on to the end. We shall fight them in League Two, we shall fight them on the pitch, we shall fight them with growing confidence and growing strength in the air for the points we feel we deserve, we shall defend our goal, whatever the cost may be. We shall fight them for automatic promotion, or even a Play-Off Place, we shall fight them at terrible football grounds, we shall never surrender. |

| If Argyle were to somehow get promoted, the chances of remaining in the dizzy heights of the 3rd tier are slim. Nothing, just nothing about the set up at Home Park, is professional, inspiring or built on solid foundations.
I'd rather we did a Hereford, as long as the usual suspects were kept out of the picture and decent people of some vision and integrity were charged with leading a phoenix club. Of course, the demotions could be avoided if the Trust were to actually lead, as at Hereford and get together with some wealthy supporters, to thrash out a plan to get rid of the reluctant one and his odious jamboys, but in our case, before the club is wound up

| Argyle going bust and a phoenix club rising out of the ashes, is far better in the long run than the current sorry mess. A one man one vote trust is whats needed, it keeps out the self appointed superfans and their lackeys because we all know they hate democracy. |

| It's the identity of Argyle we are trying to protect shorely? Argyle FC would dived the fanbase further and then have to rise through about a dozen leagues to get where we are now. The problem at Argyle is Brent nothing else with him gone the club could remember its identity that of a football club not a property development tool. Ridsdale said that we had forgotten that we were a football club about time to remember that. |

| Fantastic result, really to the edge off the rather dispiriting badgering we took in Wombleland.
Odd things footy supporters, at 4 nil down spirits were low and Tisdale must have been looking forward to some scathing comments at the death, what with the bulk of the City fans being right behind the dug out. Even one of the real die hard Exiles was bitching and whining about how the game should be terminated with a couple of minutes to go, in my normal confrontational mode, even bearing in mind that I cannot stand Tw@sdale or Perryman, I told him to STFU and think about how much better we should all feel if the lads got a consolation goal. Shore enough the boy Wheeler, excellent prospect imho, went on a mad dash down the wing, cut the ball back to Liam "one of our own" Sercombe and the rest is history. The 500 plus travelling City were lifted, there was a spirited chorus of "we're gonna win 5-4" and "4 nil and you fecked it up" followed by the standard "City 'til I die" as the boys took the plaudits at the death, they had been poor defensively, but we had had chances to win it and the goal was evidence that they played right through to the 96th minute despite being hammered.
As I said, odd folk footy fans, from depression to euphoria in 30 seconds, possibly why the last minute nicked draw often produces the biggest response from fans. |

| I don't mind getting beaten by a better team sometimes, it happens lessons learned and move on its the way we still feck up when we should know better, frustrating more than anything. |
