| oxford winning. Cant believe Sheridan made no changes to try and re jig the 10 man team and the fatigue some ae having due to playing only 2 days ago on top of that.
I'm a sheridan fan but its very true to say as it was when he was hired here that he has absolutely no plan b (like brent) if plan a fails.

Wasn't expecting that many. It'd be nice to send them home with a rousing 'backs to the wall', 'victory from the jaws of defeat' experience. More likely the usual 'big' crowd Argyle experience, fekk it up and reinforce to them why they should leave it another year, or longer, before coming back |

No promotion till Sheridan leans to develop back up ideas either With the right backing most managers could get Plymouth Argyle out of the Fourth Division, but the club is a total mess off the pitch, which in due course means crap on it, sheridan is doing a reasonable job considering the conditions he has to work in. |

That is true SS68 however if Sheridan doesnt get it that he has to change things quicker if they are not going according to plan then we will always get caught out. This has been his problem throughout his career it should be noted not just here. |

| Sending off totally changed the game, we were in control before it, stupid 2 footed tackle and obvious red, the kid has a lot to learn.
In fairness for long periods we were still the better side with 10 men, but the game was lost due to two reasons. Firstly, the sending off, secondly, the manager's inability to change a game, it made no sense, a knackered 10 man team, losing, yet no subs introduced when we have 3 pacey players on the bench.
As for Oxford, not too much in the way of quality, but a lot of guts and conviction so credit for that. |

| Bang on SS68 - paper thin squad means throwing 17 year olds in before they are ready. Having said that 2 games in 48 hours, down to 10 men and still no subs - wtf is that all about? |

| I wish the Football League was four divisions of 18 instead of three of 24. Having 34 games a season rather than 46 would make such a difference to the quality of football, and get rid of the nonsense of two games in three days at Christmas. |
