I'm sure that won't last, Steve. Pretty sure this fine weather I'm enjoying on the Costa Del Cornwall where I live won't either. |

| Had to come in and have a shower after strimming for half an hour wearing my overalls, baking out there. Had to veer a couple of pheasant nests and was watching three roe deer about thirty yards a away from my kitchen window. They look in fine fettle and one doe looks ready to drop, fecundity foreshore. |

| Also saw a pair of swallows 4 days ago and another pair 2 days ago but the ones that nest in our porch and sheds are still not back. Love to hear them chirruping away on the wires, one of my favourite birds. |

| It must be a sunshine thing. Twas painting the decking railings this morning when I looked out over the Tamar valley and saw three, what looked like Buzzards. I don't remember seeing three flying around together. Perhaps a chick has just left the nest and is being chaperoned by the parents? maybe? Where the feck is Bill Oddy, or Chris Packham when you need him? |

| Buzzards are only just starting to nest but are quite social, good time of year to look out for Osprey on their travels. |

| Went to Bournemouth this week to go into a special scanner, I ended up in A&E with a torn calf muscle. (Must not push car)
Also I am on facebook to keep in touch with FOCP, now I keep having a request from a person call Newell who would like to be my friend. |

| Clutch cable has snapped on the ol' jalopy.
At least it means I don't have to go and watch Plymouth Argyle today. |

I usually see the Swallows pouring over the Channel at Easter in the Solent, back home now mind, but I have not seen a single one yet. _______________________________________ COYG!
