A yearly treat....walking bare foot along the sand from Bournemouth to Sandbanks.......then continue on to Poole.... catching the day trip to Brownsea Island.....with it's connection to Baden Powell and the beginning of the scouting movement....what a fantastic unspoilt Island with quite an history attached to it....clay mining and pottery and a long gone village lost in time.........(done in the summertime of course) Ps........200 Red Squirrels still there. |

| Why do people do a big Christmas shop? They are open again on Boxing day.
My big shop today six pasties from Morrison's, £6.
PS
Thank's to the youngest son (41) for the fish dinner he give us and his young niece and nephew last night. |

| I'm going to have to sacrifice my morning and some hard earned to joyously take part in the consumer fest that poses as modern day Crimbo. My kids have grown up, we know that Santa is being held by the yanks at Guantanemo Bay for being caught the wrong side of the Israeli border after curfew I'm not religious and what's more I was told recently that Dec. 25th is actually a Roman festival! Does anybody else think my in laws might suspect that not only do I not like Crimbo I don't like them either? Misery in feckin spadefuls. |
