It must wear you out making sure her "things to do" list isn't completed......she'll only sit down with a coffee and fritter her time away otherwise...... raised eyebrow

She have not got time for coffee. She has put back the dust bin,  finish some ironing, cooking my dinner ( chicken casserole  )wash the dishes, she will leave early for the school run, give the little ones their tea, drop them at the life centre for the grandson diving lesson. Come home for our tea then we be off to Home Park.

I have just seen six (6) red cars go by in a row.

That's actually strictly not true. I hadn't seen the first three but when my mate saw the fourth red one and pointed out to me that the previous three had been red, I started to take an interest.

The seventh was silver, (for reference)

Interesting. Whilst walking the doggy t'other day, I walked past a lay-by with 7 cars parked up. All were silver!!

Just a minor observation.

I had a tube of fruit pastels once (circa 1993) which had all red ones, apart from one yellow one. Nobody believes me.

Brannigans thick cut Roast Beef & Mustard crisps are probably the most flavoursome potato-based snack I've ever had.

Spooky, took a lasagne out of the freezer to eat when we come back from the pub tomorrow evening, hoping the beer drinking weather will continue.

Just back and very nice afternoon. One highlight was having a chat with a mate of the old mans who said, "what are you doing now then Ian? You never have done a lot have you?" What do you say to that other than "still a snide coont then Rog?"
I didn't say that btw, although it was on my mind to remind him of his boy the army major spending four years inside for indecent images of children on his pc.

There was a huge queue at the tip on Sunday afternoon but I would imagine it has long since dispersed.

I saw Peggy yesterday. Didn't speak though. I was driving and she was on Shanks's pony.

Beautiful but windy in west Devon, A pair of swallows is nesting in the shed now although there aren't many here yet. I had three pheasants nesting along the edge of the field and woods but two have been eaten by a fox or badger, fecundity and gluttony abound.
