| Isnt it about time that our training ground was redeveloped. I cant begin to describe how bad it is for a professional football club to have facilities suitable for a sunday league team.
And its been the case for decades yet there is never talk of upgrading the site or moving to a new place. Isnt it about time to look into this now for Brent? im sure the cricket club wont mind a nandos being put inbetween theirs and our site if needed. |

| It green area and only lease to Argyle would go back to parkland if Argyle moves to another training area. The cricket pitch is lease to former directors |

| the club missed a trick when the civil service club at beacon park closed they had plenty of pitches/plastic and all weather. It also had gyms and could of been a further revenue stream with paying members or cricket clubs or bowling club. |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]Gone to wrack and ruin according to someone on PASOTI today. If it's leased, who are the actual owners of the land-PCC? And why would you want to evict a cricket club and then just let the place go to pot? Very puzzling. Can't remember if it was leased on the pretext of facilities for Argyle,i''m pretty sure that Stapes had an interest in the 5 a side pitcvhes adjacent to the cricket ground at one time. |

| I never understood why a permanent arrangement with marjons hasnt been sort to base the training ground there its certainly big enough to home the first team and their students. Then we can leave harpers park for good or just keep it as a youth training ground. |

However what isnt commonly known, the same group of people own the land that plymouth cricket club now play on ' mount wise cricket pitch' part of that land has just been developed into apartments
they used argyle to put many fingers in a lot of pies did that crowd |
