Babararacucudada physically assaulted and Hairy J banned from Pasoti

So they have had a fight ? Or did hairyj just bop him ? Or was he simply trying to roll baba in flour to find a wet patch ?

I can't help but feel 'physically assaulted' is blowing it out of proportion.

A few years ago, at a home match where tensions were high due to matters on and off the field, Baba had some beer thrown over him.

Hardly 'assault' in my eyes. Then at the Exeter game due to people thinking he was Jock he had some verbals thrown at him.

Two relatively low key incidents over a span of a couple years seem to be getting blown out of proportion, in my opinion.

Yeah young Newell and slugger Desborough despite having a go at Roger 2 years ago in the same place and throwing a drink over him, didn't recognise him this time so had another go at him, one where a barman threatened to call security, you by any chance Sean? and then later at their table.

Now that tells me that these two are either as thick as pig shit, they're lying or they threaten and abuse so many people in the hospitality suite they can't remember them all.

Other than thatit was nothing and just what you expect when you pay through the nose for "hospitality". It's included in the package, have a pre-match drink and meal, meet the players, be threatened with having your feckin head ripped off, watch the game, get further abuse from a drunken midget who may or may not throw his pint over you, and get your photo taken. All this for only £50 a head. Bargain!

All I am saying is personally, labelling a drink being thrown as 'physical assault' is over egging it a bit.

I was just trying to diffentiate between the physical assault (which it most definitely was - I think the legal definition is probably aggravated assault) and the threatening verbal abuse suffered by babararacucudada at the hands of Newell-Thug and his seconds.

I'm sure someone more qualified to answer than I, could confirm that throwing a pint (or whatever it was) over someone is very much an assault, in the eyes of the law.

Where is confirmation of this event ? Has baba spoke of this ?

They're the ones, along with the club president, who tried to blame an 18 year old club employee for their internet campaign of intimidating and threatening abuse against Greenjock. Brave decent men one and all.

I do vaguely recall them Gert as I was the 18 year old.

So you think that sort of behaviour is acceptable Mike dispite the fact it lets our club
down and does nothing towards future sponsership, we have so much money we don't need it eh. Why should fans just sit and shut the feck up when they see or hear things that can damage the club in both financial and family image way the club tries hard to portray.
