I am sure the appropriate certificates of authenticity would be available for scrutiny as well, I would hate to think those outrageous amounts of money were paid for knock offs. I mean the prices would have been extraordinary for genuine memorabilia but in the absence of CoAs one might begin to think that something dubious was afoot. Nah I'm sure all them auctions were above board, what sort of idiot would do something nefarious in such a public way ? |

If that is how village's address became known someone better have a good lawyer of their own. Only unscrupulous lenders would perform a credit check without permission. I am obviously not linking First European Securities with unscrupulous behaviour, because there is no proof they carried out the check. I say they but it only appears a very small operation with no assets.

Data is freely available and contained on the internet for reproduction. Make your own minds up. FES Limited are no longer authorised under the FSA (de-athorised in 2009) and the only one director listed is also de-authorised. This may be attributable to the lack of regulation placed on money lenders of last resort.
Anyway,I would expect a director of a Limited Company to use the same name for any other positions held at previous/existing companies, unless there was a reason for the change in spelling. it could be simply an error when registering on 3 separate occasions...however the name given changes slightly each time...as I say, probably a mere oversight and nothing to hide from the FSA. Maybe I am just being picky in this day and age of heavy regulation and financial prudence. Nik Barron = First Funding Corporation Limited, Nicholas Barron = Tristat Direct Limited, Nick Barron = FES Limited
Lets hope clear and auditable records are kept for all financial transactions linked to your Club...Yes I know, the auctions are legit and records have been kept and are available...they are, aren't they?
It seems like FES use other people's money to pay out the loans so are nothing more than brokers themselves really. They also couldn't complete all of the loans they were promising back in 2009, and you can see by the comments that there were a few unhappy potential customers sat waiting for their money, or saying that the rates were high.

Looks like Philip Ross and FES are about as competent as each other and deserve to work closely with each other Cash at Bank: £897 Taken from the 2012 accounts, the cash at bank represents the bank balance at the end of this period [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

Gotta ask yourself though why anyone would use their own money to raise the profile and status of the Porcine one ? |

| Do I remember an occassion when argyle fans were urged by their leader to bombard the professional offices of a company involved in matters Argyle with emails and phone calls? Apparently the campaign was so successful that the server of the said professional offices went into meltdown and the telephone systems were jammed to the extent that clients couldn't get through. Oh battles past!!!!! |

| The only sure thing is that wherever there's muck there's The small, yet devious control group using the farm as its powerbase, are ultimately responsible for the divisions in the fanbase and the lack of unity of purpose at the club as a whole. The $64k question is whether these nefarious behaviours are sanctioned from the very top. |

Philip Ross So Nikkk Barron received an 'anonymous' tip? That is clearly a bare-faced lie. Nikkk would have known exactly who tipped him off. it could only have been one or more of a small handful of suspects. |

| Village Green's right to privacy and data protection have been manifestly breached and Philip Ross Shysters need to be contacted again with a request that their client reveals his source so that Village can pursue a course of restitution. If their client refuses to divulge his source then a Judge will make him and he will be liable for all legal costs of that process.
Keep up the pressure Village, whilst the iron's hot. |
