| What makes this worse is that Nikkkk has falsely accused someone of defamation, but doesn't have the bollocks to apologise in person and does it through his solicitors- what a guy!
I wonder if Nikkk is starting to have suspicions about his entertainments manager. |

Dear Sir
Notice and take-down letter under Article 14 of the E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) dated 22nd March 2013
Thank you for your email of 23rd March 2013. The letter was sent to you on our client’s instructions who had received an anonymous tip stating that you used the avatar “punchdrunk” and also contained a link to the site.
We note that you do not post using the avatar “punchdrunk” and apologise on behalf of our client for any inconvenience caused.
Please disregard our earlier letter.
Yours faithfully
Philip Ross Not good enough VG. Nikkk will know full well who gave him the wrong info and you have every right to know who is targeting you. On the Pasoti front, still no e-mail from the Pasoti mods confirming that my details have been deleted but have had an interesting reply from the IOC so I'll let them deal with them now. |

Are you able to tell us what they said? As for the reply to VG what a bag of shite. It doesn't take a genius to work out where the tip off came from and I expect they will have no bollocks whatsoever in coming forward and aapologising for getting it wrong and the distress caused to VG. Bunch if cowardly scum. |

Id write back and demand the name of who tipped of his client or you will pursue legal action of your own against that indivdual and nikkk for libel/slander (which ever one it is). |

| Anonymous tip ?
We all know this is utter bull shiite but knowing and proving are two different ends of the same lollipop. Village is the only man in a position to do anything more about this, we can all foam at the keyboard as much as we like but he would have to take the lead in any further action.
The way I see it the two best options would be, in order of preference were it I that had been maligned, to offer FES the smelliest poo infested replica football shirt I could find, with a CoA stating categorically that it was a far east knock off, for an appropriate sum of money to assuage the distress their actions had caused me. Should that not glean a princely sum then the only realistic option open would be to report the matter in detail to Devon and Cornwall's finest, copying the finacial ombudsman.
Yes I know being accused of being Punchie is defamation right up there with being accused of being the spawn of Satan hisself, but defamation is, as I have previously stated, a complete cnut to prosecute. |

I wonder if Nikkk is starting to have suspicions about his entertainments manager. Which Nikkkk? Is it Nik, Nick or Nicholas Barron? I am not sure he has registered his name as Nikkk yet, only a matter of time I should think. |

Under the FSA registration his surname is spelt Baron, not Barron as in the Companies House registrations.

I never received any letter, and as per yesterday the only person i apologize to is Village for falsely getting the flak for my opinion which i still stand by 100 per cent, but like i say it wasn't me who was sending letters with legal threats. If by some chance i do receive any letters i will share them on here before they are returned to sender as used toilet roll and if i find snoopers creeping round my home then i advise them to come "prepared". |

Happy to stand with you Punchie against these shiesters. Philip Ross Solicitors do say in their About Us page that they are Accreditted for Conveyancing (whoopie do!), although not found on the Law Society Website for anything else, unless I have missed it. | A solicitor issuing a takedown notice and sending a threatening letter to somebody on the basis of an unverified anonymous tip off is beyond belief. What a bunch of amateurs |
