| Congrats Mr Ambassador, should say though, the first time you start sounding like Webb, Jameson or any of the poodles, I'll be using my American contacts and sending the boys around. Just so you know..... |

| Greentings once again good citizens of ATD,
Thank you for the generally warm welcome.
There is always one or two riff raff out to spoil things, but knowing the fine population of this site, I expect they will be put right if they continue their odious ways.
Anyway... A little update --
Just to say the first diplomatic pouch arrived from Home Park a few days ago and filled with some fine “firsts in football” it was...
A nice letter from Carl Fletcher himself.
And two! Count them... Yes two ‘official’ 2012-13 fixture cards! (These are obviously precious or they would have sent a load of them!)
And.... Wait for it....
An official ‘Argyle Ambassador for season 2012-13 certificate', with my name on it – so it is very very personal! Which is suitable for framing I might add... Better still... Hand signed by Mr. Fletcher. And if I might add even more... The certificate is printed in some very, very, interesting shades of green – is this a sign of things to come? I’ll try and post a copy of it!
But if that wasn’t enough... There is more!!!
Can you believe it... They sent me the “original” poster of the fixture list that I posted for you all from a PDF file! The actual poster is so much better - You can now read the fixtures in yellow from at least three feet away! A real treasure.
And finally..
I was hoping for a ‘sensible’ hat... But the final goody is so much more.
Wait for it...
An official “Argyle Ambassador” lapel badge!!!
Yes... You read that right. Having at least a few hundred Argyle badges in my collection this one is a fine item a very proud addition (true).
I feel so blessed. It’s all really too much for one man to have!
I have an idea... How about I auction the fixture poster off so it can hang in the Cherry Tree? Providing we have their consent of course! If not... I can quite honestly say.. Even my wife thinks it looks nice hanging on our bedroom wall, so I am sure it will look lovely on yours!!! Proceeds of course to the Green Taverners!
Howzabout that then?

| 2 fixture lists! No wonder we had to sell the naming rights to the Devonport End.
A photo of the ambassador with his badge on would almost certainly add thousands to the gate. This would surely result in a stand being named in your honour. The ambassador Rickler special end, or ARSE for short.
The kids will be taken by their fathers up the ARSE on a regular basis.
Another first in football. |

| My I suggest you auction one or even both of the fixture list cards seeing as they are so rare, that is of course if you can bring yourself to part with such a sought after item |

| How long before the LA Ambassador goes the same way as Peggy from the programme ?
My application for Tringreen, Viceroy and Argyle Ambassador for Cyprus, will be winging its way to Fortress Aviva, I mean HP, imminently. |

| Actually, how about we have an Argyle President, I mean a real one this time, one that has been democratically selected by Internet Argyle fans and not a plastic puppet with the limited vocabulary of "Yes Jim".
Obviously pasoti doesn't do democracy and when it tries it ends up with a different result to the one that was elected, on that basis it leaves us with just ATD. So how about it?
I nominate Tring as the Argyle President for a role alongside Rickler as Ambassador? |

| The next step will obviously be an 'Ambassador Mural'. I wonder, do Newell and Webb know who the ATD ambassador is? |

| Greentings good people of ATD!
A spot of really good news tonight --
Word has reached me from the Los Angeles consulate that Argyle against the mighty Dorchester will be shown on FSC (Fox Soccer Channel) at 11am PST
This is thrilling news for those of us stationed in the colonies serving Argyle! A slight time delay, but that's a good thing on a Sunday morning....
Sadly it means unless I want to spoil the fun, I won't be able to log into ATD and share in the celebrations that will erupt on this site as the final whistle sounds and we rejoice in victory!
I know that all of you that can, will be making the pilgrimage to Dorchester, but for those of you that have been prevented...
Where will you be watching the match? Spread the word where it's on..

| Why can't you do something useful, like start a singing section for away fans, Pelegrino Verde would be a good name, maybe we could have a vote on it? |

| Congratulations on your role Rickler.
Hopefully it can help you and a few others on here connect with the club a little more.
Happy to help where I can. Sean. |

Happy to help where I can. Sean. Maybe we could have a suggestion box? I'll start, don't be so condescending. |
