Doesn't do himself any favours by his patronising comments about education and seemingly slavish devotion to BLM gesture making. Started to have severe doubts about him after England tried to play keep ball for the second half of extra time against Denmark and nearly paid the penalty, the game against Italy was a virtual re-run of the semi final against Croatia-no coincidence surely? To be fair to the bloke his record exceeds any England manager except Ramsey, the question is whether or not a different manager could have done even better-maybe time will tell on that point.

I am sure the right manager could have done better. Tbf his record is better than almost anybodies BUT how much of that is down to the best crop of young players we have had in years? He is way too defensive minded, one down and playing eight men in defensive positions, was it three or four down against Hungary when he took Saka off and put Maguire on? Answering questions my arse, maybe only friendlies but Italy, Germany and Hungary certainly didn't approach it in that way and now we have three months to try and forget the humiliation.

I can't help but think that Southgate brings a lot of the BLM shite boiling to the surface, he was going on again after the defeat the other night about how he will continue to "protect his penalty takers" the reality was that after the awful show in the shootout a very, very small minority of knuckle draggers took to social media to vent their racist spleens and instead of being charged (like they did) and largely ignored they were thrust into the spotlight by Southgate to deflect blame from the tactics that got us in a shootout in the first place. Let's not forget that most of them weren't even English and loads were Eastern European FFS. Every game he makes a statement about taking the knee knowing full well the racist Hungarian fucktards will happily pick the gauntlet up. It did make me chuckle when the Hungarian kids picked it up in the closed doors game.

Virtue signalling Southgate is past his sell by date and needs to go. Unfortunately he won't go until England have inevitably crashed out the Qatar World Cup at the group stage.
