Lloyds, TSB, Halifax, BOS hit by 'another' IT glitch resulting in customers left bolloxed when trying to pay for things.
How may times has this happened now? I was affected by the last feck-up, my brother in law was fecked when trying to pay for a meal in London on the last feck up. Surely heads should roll for this shit - or should we shrug our shoulders and accept it as 'one of those things?'
Like bollox we should. As cash becomes used with increasingly fewer transactions, the widely used ATM, credit and debit card transactions must work flawlessly, imho.
