| I really don't know what to believe or what's going on or what BJ is actually up to anymore. All mainstream meeja saying BJ is going to ask for an extension if no deal is reached by 19th - which just seems impossible considering the obstacles put in the way from all angles, i,e the opposition, DUP, Junker, Varadkar ad infinitum. Then BJ tweets this? Just what is Boris up to? Has he got a final rabbit up his sleeve? If BJ extends, I think it's the end of the Conservative party. It's starting to get interesting! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Brexit: Boris Johnson will send extension letter - court document [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]It means feck all other than he’s going to ask for an extension whilst pretending he isn’t then heap the blame on parliament for making him ”surrender” Then he’s going to demand a people v parliament election. Which could go either way for him. |

| Lots stuff doing rounds about Operation Checkmate.
Boris will send the letter as he is told to by law.
One country in the EU will veto it meaning the EU has to reject the extension as it must be a unanimous decision between all member states.
Safe to say this one European country has a very right wing leaning government and are apparently fully supportive of the UK'S aims.
Ergo we have no choice but leave on October 31 deal or no deal.
Because we are in the EU, European law supersedes British law in this area.
Ironically to stay in and block Brexit remainers will have to go against an EU decision..
It's all pretty ingenious really.
The only way to stop it is to repeal article 50. Benns act does not do that.
No political party will do that as deep down they know they will never get power ever. Too much of the UK is anti EU.

There is a law he can use to leave without a deal should he wish to do so. As it stands, and from what I have read and heard, everyone is still blaming everyone else. Couple that with the conflicting reports regarding the deal Boris has put forward. |

Certainly. He knows a deal isnt coming. EU clearly aren't going to accept the latest Bozo bluster. They know it. Bozo knows it. Bozo writes his request asking for an extension (pick a ditch Bozo) thereby complying with the Benn act and law and relies on Hungary applying the veto on that extension. Simple as that. We end up walking off a cliff on 31st October The French and Germans will put pressure on the Hungarians but thats all they can do. I really hope these fanatics who shout "just leave" really suffer personally when it becomes clear to them the difficulty we will all be in subsequently The winners.....Hedge Funds that have shorted Sterling and those that want a different coloured passport. You seriously couldnt make this shit up |

| No deal is going to be approved by the EU unless it more or less keeps us in the EU as in Mays failed deal and this was or should have been obvious to anybody with a brain when Cameron said he'd get a deal or we'd leave. He didn't get offered fook all and hence Brexit. Also the Commons and the biased media don't want a deal either and are quite happy to have dodgy meetings with EU officials behind closed doors to make sure we don't get one as well. What the MPs and the media (and the whole of the establishment) want is to cancel Brexit, they can't say that because that would make them look like they didn't side with democracy but they don't and they are much more dishonest than even Bojo. Anyway he should employ any dark arts available, if you are in a bar brawl Queensbury rules have never applied. |

| Breaking news from the Scottish court of surrender saying they can't force Bojo to write to EU and ask for extension. This is getting silly now. |

| So the Guardian have leaked the response to Bozos proposals and as expected total failure but then naturally the blundering oaf of course knew that would be the end result Institute of fiscal studies reporting overnight Government borrowing will double to £100 Billion under a no deal exit. A PM currently the subject of 4 investigations. Geoffrey Cox to resign should Johnson refuse to write asking for the extension.... Start picking that ditch Bozo.....A PM actually stating that he'll refuse to vacate number 10 unless Police and warrants arrive. Theresa May must be laughing herself to sleep at nights Of course the sole benefit of Johnsons insanity the Hedge funds may well be starting to panic now. Even I'm thinking that we're never going to leave [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| And I thought that us leavers were meant to be the stupid ones?
Three low paid workers and their union are launching a legal challenge to make the prime minister seek an extension to the Brexit deadline. Firstly one of them is Spanish, living in the UK to take advantage of a) actually having a job and b) getting paid more than €2.30/hr. is this what our political system has become? Secondly why do we still have low pay after thirty glorious years of the EU protecting all its much valued workers? I'm off to file a court action, not sure what yet but I'll think of something on the way. |

LINK
No deal back on the cards now then and the blame game will increase.
