| There is a wooden framework being built at the West end by the control room. (web2) I think it for a concrete footing for handrail like at the far end. |

It is a total farce calling it a supporters bar, it is nothing of the sort |

- Gotta say old Jimmy Brent has played a blinder on this one fair play to him. He gets a score of top tablers at the theatre of schemes to put up the dosh get it built and as soon as the investors realise they've been done up like a kipper Argyle take it back off then in entirety and its adios amigo
Old Jimbo wasn't quite so dim was he.... Unless I’m missing something here, I’m not sure really what the problem is. The end product is win win for the club - a two storey bar, in layman’s terms, built and paid for by fans who have chosen to ‘risk’ their own capital.
As far as Argyle are concerned, they’re laughing aren’t they? Any financial risk has been taken on by fans who’ve chosen to do so.
Brent of course never ever had any intention of including a supporters bar in his mankover plans. If you're asking directly then its looks absolutely Sterile in that layout. Argyle are laughing I totally agree. Cant believe their luck I'd imagine. I dont think that sitting down format though will be the same all the time. Although having seen loads of fanfest photos perhaps it is. Message for Dickler having been told your comment. Go to Warren Bowdens homepage on facebook from approx a week ago and his link to McGuires GTs shack....the comments are there after I asked about at least a certain amount of memberships being made available to FP former members.....I was told to feck off....if they're no longer there than chump chops Wozzer has edited or edited them out completely....RB commented on same thread LOL. You're as sad as Nool claiming people are telling you stuff. Who is so pathetic they want to suck up to you? So you can't produce Wozzers quote. What a surprise. You being told to "feck off" I'm not surprised about. Who in their right mind wouldn't tell you to do one? |

| The sterile seated layout is because it was used for corporate hospitality and will be till at least Xmas when refurb areas are ready.
Few guests in the upstairs area unofficially by looks of it |

| Dickler you are a total prick seriously off the scale. You simply cant help yourself can you in my direction. Whilst I never introduce you into general conversations sadly your obsession with me never fails in reverse. I am beginning to wonder........... I told you where Bowdens quote of telling me and Far Post members to feck off was and even the link. I havent looked at it again why would I when I know its content. I very much doubt he has edited it though as he's a seriously spiteful twat at the best of times. Why have I got to produce quotes for you FFS. Something seriously wrong with you.
Greengenie.....corporate of not that needs brightening up looks like a staff room canteen at Derriford Hospital |

It is a total farce calling it a supporters bar, it is nothing of the sort Dont sweat the small stuff Vampire.....it will crash and burn very quickly when the honeymoon period ends in mid winter but the massive repayment reschedule continues to grow daily. Club will take it back under their control seeing they hold the licence anyway. Just a matter of time mate |

| And when the club takes control hopefully the Green Taverners will be no more and back with normal supporters. Taken down a peg or too, another aspect of Brentism removed from the club. Long may it continue |

| I see a number of Argyle ST holders have had their tickets blocked, due to standing at games (on twitter). I read a rumour (can't remember where) that Argyle have got quite draconian about this, as it could affect the safety certificate for the Grandstand? |

| This is an interesting pic...the last of the set taken on Sunday. Now, that pic was taken last Friday when the rain was relentless. The area in the pic is at the very rear (i.e. the supposedly dry area) of the new lower Mayflower bank of seating. Unless my eyes are deceiving me, that ground looks very very wet? It won't be long before you're told what to sing and when, maybe print out an order of service like in a church? It's fair enough enforcing this in the Spion Library where all the old duffers like to sit and sip from their flasks but they shouldn't go and sit in the middle of the Demport or block 15. What really grips my shit is they don't bother enforcing the rules for the likes of Pompey, City or Newcastle. |

Safety certificates are issued by the local council, not the EFL. The club are talking utter shit as usual in order justify being cnuts to clients whose money they don't want. |

I can just see that now, Argyle could install a klaxon and sound out when everyone can sing the first chant but, only for five minutes though and then stop. It will be repeated on several occasions during the match. |

| I see on one of the Argyle facebook pages - free chat - that a call has gone out for all to stand up for the whole of the 90 minutes V Walsall as a protest.
That will give the stewards a headache then and possibly result in a few arguments breaking out. |

| To be fair after I've stood for two hours to collect my ticket and queue at one of the few ticket kiosks open at the ground I need a good sit down to recover. |

The way it is all going you you can well see Argyle getting an EFL fine and a ground closure/play behind closed doors order. |

| Safe standing next season? Not a chance.
Jonb and another line of bullshit.
Much like the new white/cream plastic seats had to be off colour (to preserve their strength). That point of view looks to have been quickly revised. Back to brilliant white. Seems that 'extra strength' is not needed after all? |

Seems that 'extra strength' is not needed after all? By all accounts, from what I can gather, it is the Grandstand lot who have been complaining. Should this 90 minute stand up protest go ahead on Saturday, you can well see problems arising between fans and the stewards. The stewards will have a job on their hands trying to enforce the sit down rule, if and when they feel like moving in. I only stand before the game, at half-time and if a goal is scored. I hate sitting down tbh, the seats are too small and uncomfortable but, rules is rules. I would welcome safe standing at HP - whenever that may be - and Argyle need to look into this aspect more. |
