Hey Harve...

All tooled up here...

Great news to read your recent post...   With your track record so far of getting everything wrong, your dire prognosis of the GT's bar situation almost guarantees the investors will be paid back.  Reassuring news.

So with that in mind...  What's the latest dilemma to beset the grandstand?

If the GTs take that amount weekly for 5 years non stop than yes investors will be repaid in full
Up to members here and investors there to consider if they will take in excess of £12,000 a week. They simply wont

What couldnt be taken into account is if the investors monies is already "live" albeit with construction whacking ahead fair assumption it is.

In that case they're getting into negative numbers already with no income from the development for another 3 months at least

I see agent Nool is desperately trying to protect his investment by unmercifully plugging all things GT.

Not sure what your motivation is for the financial forecasting but you do come across as delighted with the assumed financial failure of the GT’s, most strange, however looking on the bright side everything else you’ve reported on has been proved to be not quite the business.

All this 'wannabe' effort and expense must be worth it. After all, it will ultimately belong to the shareholders for zero investment, as a thank you for keeping the club village, for village people. Geddon.....................

Graiser nothing to with a financial forecast per se. I do know a little about percentages on the pub game and my ex work partner of 6 years an enormous amount.
In addition we've all done at least basic maths at school. You've seen the borrowings you've seen the interest rate you've seen the 5 years repayment

On average across booze its a 100% mark up. Start adding staff costs at minumum salary. Start adding maintenance, liability insurance and you're 90% there as a complete layman. You dont need me to work it out for you

I think you are the one that is appointing pleasure, I don't think Harve mentioned it. He's just pointing out the obvious, personally I couldn't give a flying one if fans want to spunk their wad on an investment for the shite board to inherit in a few years.

No I’m definitely not and I agree with the rest of your post just wondering why the delight in stating the obvious, if people wish to invest then good luck to them, it’s a risk that’s taken with any investment

Graiser we have a special kind of stupid in Plymouth. People are getting half a per cent in Banks and yet McGuire wont release a business plan unless you're sat in front of him offering you 10 times that amount of interest

Hallett put £6 million in supposedly into the Grandstand at 3%

If the GTs was such a good bet why didnt he pop a million on a cheque at 5%. Further words superfluous
