Turn up to vote but spoil your ballot paper. That can't be misunderstood, there should be a massive campaign for it.

Not sure about spoiling the paper, but I’d sure like to soil it !!

May has until October 31st then (with a review in the summer), more fun and games to commence immediately. Oh, and European elections to look forward to (not).

The leader of the DUP was saying the other day that it was humiliating that May had to go and get on her knees to beg the European masters for an extension.

The commons have 11 weeks off before the 31st!

Including the last two.

Plenty of time to have another two or three coups and new leaders. Bercrow and the back benches are probably allowed to elect the new Tory leader for them now.

Dare say there will be stuff going on in the background ?

Johnson and his team have met with the DUP.

Has May got much longer left, or will she crack on in her own way ?

May is going nowhere until either her deal gets voted through or December when the party can try and remove her again. The fact she offered her resignation in exchange for voting her deal through shows the level moral bankruptcy in play here, She doesn’t give a shit beyond getting out with a legacy of delivering Brexit of sorts and she’ll cling on until either that happens Or they finally get rid of her. You can forget the Men Grey In Grey Suits as well, she’ll just ignore them.

Just heard that the small family run slaughterhouse in Tideford is closing as they are "fed up with jumping through hoops chucked at them by the EU". That is a direct quote from the owner. He says that every year they change the rules and demand more and more changes to the business. I've spoken to two farmers in the last two days that use Tideford to slaughter single bullocks that they provide local beef in box schemes who are now going to have to travel another two hours in a round trip to visit one of the large factory type outlets. It's bad for local business, it's all adding air miles to our food and it's worse for the livestock. The EU aided and abetted by our government is driving small business away to protect the interests of the big boys.

I see the Independant group of sacked MPs have launched their new party for the EU elections. A staunch Remainer party they are asking for another vote so we can stay in the EU. Their slogan should be "Vote to continue the status quo, vote Change." Lol.
The main parties will get mightily fooked in all the next elections at all levels.

It was quite funny the other week on the bbc news channel they were doing a piece on Brexit and a second vote and for once they were interviewing 1 person per side. The remainer was of course saying there must be a second vote, calling it the people's vote.

When the leaver was allowed to speak he corrected both the remainer and the bbc presenter by saying it wasn't a people's vote but a loser's vote because they had lost the referendum. The presenter didn't like it and tried to correct the leaver but was put in his place when he was told very firmly it was a loser's vote! Very Happy

It will be interesting when the results of this latest EU referendum come in. What with all the population now knowing how DISASTOROUS and frankly RACIST Brexit is plus add in the fact that most leavers have now changed their minds I'm expecting a landslide for the Change group and another referendum coming shortly so that we can put this issue to bed once and for all.

Was watching the news the other day and the reporter was saying that the EU are looking on aghast at Westminster following the resignation speech.

Now the battle for a new PM commences, with Gove and Boris tipped to be the final two. If I was a betting person, money would go on Gove.

Shirley even the Tory party is not dim enough to choose Boris?

Either one will be dire but at least Boris will probably finish the party off.

Don’t think it’ll be any of those two, I think it’ll be the lovely Andrea Leadsom.

If it wasn’t for the fact she’s a Tory I wouldn’t mind hanging me hat on her peg!
