| Whatever colour Plymouth turns in the May elections, any local administration would look at his shit plans and his dubious business record and stay clear of Brent and all things Akerron particularly as you say it is a entirely private business 'project'. |

| I've got a good mate who works for PCC in the higher echelons he says that whatever party colours you wear you will only get ahead if you buy into the austerity mantra. |

| Not a great fan of Tudor (knew him many years ago when I lived in Plymouth) but would still rather see a red tide sweeping the city.

| We really are reaching a shit or bust point in the mankover. With all the season ticket holders now being moved to other parts of the ground shorely they must have a contractor and start date agreed? It will be funny as fook if we start the season with all the moved fans looking at the tumbleweed blowing across a deathly quiet Mayflower and Stand, an IMMINENT sign flapping forlornly in the wind. |

But who would pay for the “Imminent” sign? |

If it has a block base, then yes. |

| The boardroom is so full of management speak these days, every Saturday must be like a corporate away day.
Contrary to what our new Directors are saying the club is going nowhere off the pitch. We may soon have a Championship team with a Conference level board.
I really don't know what Brent and Co will do if we do get promoted again. He will have to increase the budget but then income will increase also which will more than compensate.
And all the while the refurb stands still. Couldn't be that Brent is waiting to see if the CCC TV money will be able to help with costs, could it? |

| Interesting just been forwarded to me via sms and shared with authority reference GT's build
Dated 1st April 15.42.....(emphasis is mine)
Hi Cxxx
The new supporters bar will be built with funding sourced by the Green Taverners meaning we have no financial arrangement with James Brent this facility will be built for Argyle supporters to hopefully improve their match day experience
Delivered from +447772868858 (have just checked that is the GTS website number as well)
.................................................................................
Now that flies in the face of what I'm being told from others including two board members here ???? |

| I heard that Brent was acting as a guarantor for the GTs. I don’t know if that is still (or ever was) the case.

| So, nothing to do with Brent. Well, apart from the fact he's the squire who will determine through PAFC/Nato Man, or what ever it's called, what happens after the 5 year lease runs out. "Hey, we'll still have a club house, just nowhere to put it". How about re-situating it after 5 years in one of the fast food hovel units that failed, and paying Brenty a nice dollop of rent. |

| Whatever the GTs say - the Brent legals will have them tied up like kippers, if not now, in the future. This whole crap could do with collapsing now before any diggers move in and I do mean all the developments!! |

They surely will be behind the site owner in terms of parking priority. |
