Directors' Box Experience anyone ? Funnily enough, I did that against Rotherham a few years ago when they were on their way to promotion. having a word in the ear of the Rotherham non playing squad players was the highlight of my day. The look on that young mans face! |

| Brent and Hallett are still to make a decision on what actually gets built, and that won't happen until they know what division Argyle are in, and whether they can appropriate at least half of a £6million championship windfall, and put it toward an amended plan. I've got news for Brent, it will be League 1, so he's just wasting everyone's time now. |

Wasting everybodys time indeed but I cant help thinking that he had started to bank on that uplift in FL money completely to get anything going whatsoever. This summer is likely to be amusing no mistake on many levels |

I can see the club shop and ticket offce being dumped in portacabins behind the main entrance, getting rid of the last vestiges of football activity from Higher Home Park forever in readiness and Squit all being done to the mayflower. Wheres the money gone Brent? |

| Yep, time is running out. Brent and Hallet will know in a week, and then just enough time to allow for one last big concerted attempt to relieve PCC of more taxpayers' money re the ice rink. It worked down at Truro with the Stadium for Cornwall joke. It must be some sort of template that's passed around property speculator circles, along wioth a list of councillors who are up for a bit of it A sort 21st century version of Thatcher's economic list. |

stadium for cornwall at least has some benefit for the people of truro and has the futures of both Cornish Pirates and Truro City in mind where as this clusterfuck benefits only Brent and his cronies while the park gets destroyed and the club is forced to move out. Brent will try and link the two of course but we all know what he is like. |

| I was up at HP earlier this week. After seeing some of the pics on GoS I had a bit of a look around. Quite what any prospective new signings first impression of PAFC is, God only knows.
This revamp really does need to happen, even if it is a half-arsed cut and shut jobby. The plus side to that of course is that if we eventually ever get proper forward thinking owners, it can be bulldozed and done properly. That’s if Brent’s pathetic Ice rink doesn’t pull right up to the fookin bumper. |

| Brents only had seven years of doing nothing, what difference would another seven years make? argo are eternally doomed to be shite. Ten thousand fans or fifty thousand, Jimmy and the gang would still be buying from Poundland and renovating crap. |

| On a related matter, do you remember how the failure of HHP mark one was blamed on the Bretonside development by the Porkmeister and his acolytes, and how Porky confidently proclaimed that nothing would get built down Bretonside way?
I wonder if he’s been down there lately. It’s pretty impressive the way in which that new development is going up. Anyone want place a bet that Bretonside will be finished before HHP mark two sees the first brick laid? |

| Here you are. Bretonside last Saturday morning on my way past to Sutton Harbour. Going up quicker than a quick thing, and overdue by about 20 years. Down the other end of Royal Parade is the Co-op building, and if anyone wants to look around the back to see what it looks like stripping the concrete structure back to the old steel work for a refurb, it will become immediately apparent how everyone agrees a new build is cheaper than a mankover, if you're interested in what you get at the end of it. Brent and Hallett are mortgaging the football club to whatever degree ( which will be much more than reported ) just so Hallett has a safe stash for his money with an acceptable income and control over the mortgagee, and Brent can sit on the pavillions golden egg. The football club has been pretty useful to them. This refurb will be regretted before it's even completed. What a mess. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Walked down from the Hoe to the Minerva earlier this evening then realised the latest batch of corporate crap will block the view of the previous corporate arcade crap. Always a silver lining. Funny how other development projects that Brent is not involved in go up pretty quickly on schedule, even if they are shite. |

| The announcement is probably that Brent has accepted more money from Hallett to complete the mankover. By doing this it means Brent’s 50.1% ownership will be diluted further and he won’t be the majority owner anymore. |

Am looking for the bunting as I type. Whilst Hallett is somewhat still an unknown quantity he simply has to be better then the current shark we are lumbered with in outright control. |
